Sophie was amazing from start to finish!
Sophie was amazing from start to finish. From the initial online enquiry I made to arranging collection, everything felt personalised including the video walk throughs and she would make time for me, even when we made hour notice drop ins, anticipating my needs and making suggestions appropriate to what she thought I would get most benefit and enjoyment out of the car. Sophie kept me updated with the progress of the build throughout lockdown delays and factory refurbishments that caused bigger delays than could have been anticipated. Sophie even made arrangements so that I could pick my car up, seamlessly, one day earlier. Something greatly appreciated or it would have been another week before I could pick up my beautiful mew MINI. Everyone I spoke to or delay with was friendly and very professional yet made it relaxing and fun despite covid and restrictions, taking a test drive and collecting my car with no one from the team in the car was very strange!
Over all, the best car purchasing experience I could have asked for.

I was due to update my 3 year old Mini Clubman and after designing my requirements from the website visited the showroom. Paul was excellent in helping me manage the process. I was very happy with the trade in price offered and the explanations Paul gave me help with any queries I had. Paul kept me informed whilst I was waiting for the car to be manufactured, including sending me videos of the car once it arrived in the showroom. The handover went smoothly and I am now delighted with my new Mini Clubman Cooper S Auto.

From entering to leaving Paul was…
From entering to leaving Paul was excellent. He looked at all of my options to make sure I had the car that I wanted. He understood how crucial it was for their Covid security to be on form as I am in a vulnerable category. Nothing was too much to ask. The team processed my order really quickly so that I could spend the minimum amount of time in the branch and were happy to assist me further via email and phone.
When I collected the car Paul attended to ensure a smooth handover and this was appreciated. His friendly demeanour put me at ease and everything was explained fully. The finance manager was polite and clear.
I was highly impressed with the service. My mum had been a loyal customer at sytner Solihull up until she passed away in April this year and she had wanted to treat me to a new car so it was lovely to meet Paul who turned the whole experience into a lovely positive.
He's worth his weight in gold. Pay him more!
