Friendly, Professional Staff
This was my third time buying a Mini from Sytner Solihull and each experience has been alarmingly straightforward. I really wish it was more difficult to buy a new car, my bank balance would certainly leave a 0* review!
Joking aside, the staff were friendly and professional at every stage - from ordering, to the delivery, to the aftercare. I was kept up to date by Cathrine at each build stage and the car was exactly as ordered.
