Excellent experience from start to finish. Derek Baker, was brilliant, professional , welcoming and listened…clearly thought about the customer not just the deal. Not the experience I’ve had from other brands, but individual people make the difference not always the brand!
Chris Chipperfield was also really very good - helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Good but frustrating
Good but frustrating. When attempting to contact a particular member of staff via phone, e-mail or the website this can prove almost impossible. May be an out office response would be advisable.
Passed the same information via e-mail to 3 members of staff as asked. The staff don't appear to communicate due to the fact they work in different depts! As I say the same e-mail was requested 3 times by individual members of staff.
When the technician explained what part was required for the repair, he stated you have to buy the "kit" as it doesn't come as a single element.
When it came to paying the bill I asked for the remaining "kit parts." Strangely enough not available. BMW parts are not cheap!
Haven't driven the car yet but I still have faith in BMW.

Always an excellent experience. I’ve used Sytner Stevenage for several years and will continue to do so. When work needs doing it’s done quickly and to a high standard and their customer service is second to none - in particular they’re excellent at providing timely updates on the vehicle status (both online and via phone/email). Great service from Ollie and the Mini service/repair team at Sytner Stevenage. Only gripe is the fact that you cannot phone and speak to someone directly, you either have to leave a message in order for them to phone you back or send an email. Hence only 4 stars.

Jason was super. Despite insurance being a pain, Jason kept me up to date and was both helpful and friendly.
I was not 100% happy with the final finish at first, they sorted this right out asap. No delay, no questions asked.
