Great process, but can’t clean a car!
The WhatsApp discussion and way of communicating was great. Customer service team or the team I booked with was super easy.
Video of service was great, information they gave was informative.
Only negative. Your guys really don’t know how to clean a car!! It looks worse based on a half ar*ed job.
Wheels filthy still, water marks on paint and windows not done. Hoovered mats and seats but not wiped or dusted anywhere by looks of it.
Wipes/clothes they’ve used left in car also.
Emily day was great.
Home collection via Raj was great also.

Good car but awful service
Good car but awful service.
It seems once they have your money they are not interested
I had to do all the chasing they never return calls and was told my car would be put on car transporter as It was in wales
When I took delivery it had done almost 400 miles more
I have used Stevenage bmw for over 15 years even when it was specialist cars
I will never use them or recommend them again.

Pre paid service package makes services less painful.
Had to chase for results of damage images sent to body shop and they could have been fuller. Hence removal of one star.
