Very Friendly and Welcoming dealership.
Walked in and although had not made prior call to check on car nothing was to much trouble. Robyn sorted out two cars to test drive and there was no pressure which made the whole process selling my old Mini and buying another one relaxed . Robyn was very professional and easy to deal with.

Purchase of Cooper S from Sytner Sunningdale
Over my lifetime I have most likely bought 20+ cars but the service I received from Sytner Sunningdale TJ Costis was exceptional. Not only did he better the price I got from my lease company but also that of the Mini dealer in Guildford. Whilst waiting the 3 months for my Mini Cooper S Cabriolet he messaged each week with the progress. On collection he spent at least 2 hours explained and took me for a test drive. Excellent service would highly recommend

TJ was excellent from start to finish…
TJ was excellent from start to finish as was his business manager Ross. They made several personal videos of the car i was enquiring on, they spoke clearly and coherently about the deal i was looking to attain and we talked straight about what i was looking for on my wife's part exchange and balance to change and we swiftly got there with both parties believing we had a good deal. On collection the car was immaculately cleaned and prepared. As followup TJ also sent a brand new boot liner as the one with the car had gone missing. I really appreciate this excellent customer service from everyone at Sytner Sunningdale - i bought my X6 from your Bmw dealership and again the customer service was great then too hence coming back so thank you!

I cannot recommend Sytner Sunningdale Mini enough!
I was lucky enough to have Cat Clark as my sales advisor. Her service was incredible! She kept me up to date on the progress of my new car each week and was always there if I had any questions or queries. The signing of documents online was easy and the finance team provided me with detailed information regarding GAP insurance. On my handover, I got to reveal my new mini and was truly over the moon! Having never had a new car revealed before it really made it feel special!
Before I left the showroom, Cat made sure I felt comfortable and understood all the controls. She made me feel at ease and allowed me to ask anything I felt I needed. I have had so many positive comments about my new mini since and totally love it!
I will definitely be recommending my friends and family!

From the moment I made the phone call to the moment I left with my new car, every interaction with your staff was a wonderful experience. Amy, Ross and Adrian all took the time to explain everything and make sure we got the car we wanted. Amy in particular was very kind and patient connecting the car to our phones. I think she reconised two more elderly customers, who needed a bit more time.
