We are London based, so since seeing the used car on the approved BMW website and making contact with the branch both Simon and Richard were were helpful with all the queries we had. Pick up on the day couldn't have been simpler. Everything was ready and prepared and the car was as described. Simon kindly gave me a quick test drive pre completing the purchase to show me some of the features. The showroom itself is big and uncluttered making the experience better.

Repairs took far too long and had to wait half an hour when collecting my car. Poor communication, phones not answered and WhatsApp service totally useless

This is my fourth BMW in the last three months and my tenth in the last five years, so it’s fair to say I’m a loyal BMW customer. Most of my cars have come through the Sytner Group, and while the BMW brand is what keeps me coming back, it’s the people at the dealership who make the real difference.

From initial contact with Connie at Tamworth, we had a very professional experience both online and then first hand. Nothing was too much trouble and the sale and handover was excellent. Could not fault the customer experience at all.

I can not praise Tamworth Sytners enough. Firstly, I had looked at big motoring world, before Sytners thinking I would get a lower price. However the service was awful and the vehicle I saw had illegal tyres. Sytners Tamworth were better priced on a 3 year old i4, there service was incredible and the sales executive Nick Bailey was knowledgeable, professional and warm in his manner. Clearly putting the customer first. The senior leadership team at Sytners should be proud, I would never use anyone but you again.

We’re looking to upgrade our BMW X3 series; we had time to have a look around Tamworth - really disappointed the way the cars are displayed-or rather not displayed - no price/year/etc the first things you want to look at - instead a QR Reader you need to get on your mobile to get the info! What a shambles! It’s really put us both off. I’m sure they must be losing business. We’ve had lots of dealings with this great garage over the years but they are making it unnecessary difficult for their customers

I reported an issue with my car to Thomas in service and the issue was found and sorted within two days.

Thomas always puts customers first and is a real asset to Sytner.

Amelia from Tamworth sytner was very helpful today she assisted me above and beyond. I’m very thankful for her support and help today. But I don’t appreciate being called a liar by Carl rainbird he told this is his name. I bought my car into to get an airbag recall since the work has been completed my horn doesn’t work or my steering buttons or radio isn’t working. I stated that these issues wasn’t present before the recall took place and was told how do we know that. If I had an air bag recall and now the horn or power isn’t working in the steering wheel I’m sure common sense points towards the air bag repair as it’s were the horn is located. I’ve had to contact bmw uk and motor ombudsman as they have left me with no horn on my car and this classes as the vehicle is unroad worthy so how they can release the vehicle in that state is questionable about this branch.

Excellent service from start to finish. James was superb as usual , giving a running commentary on the situation until completion.
