Aaron Chima the mini's master of class!
I can't think of any words that could reflect the amazing experience I've had with this dealership. Exceptional, hardworking, client focused, gold standard communication, which meant that I left with a car that was only made for me.. that's how I felt. I went online to finally treat myself to a mini. I chose one which really stood out. Aaron emailed more information about the car and also sent a video. This was brilliant! Made the appointment to come and view the car.. I'd like to say thank you to the reception team. The minute I came in they were welcoming and offered a drink straight away! I had driven 1.5hrs and really needed one. Thank you also to the lovely lady who was busy cleaning the area, but had time to chat. To the most fabulous Aaron Chima, I can't thank you enough for your service. I went for a test drive and there was zero pressure to hurry the drive, but to be honest I wanted the car..and wanted it from someone who I immediately trusted. The communication was beyond, emails updating what stage the car was in, being serviced to being cleaned, etc. I looked forward to the updates! The car was serviced and I'd like to say thank you to the engineers who serviced the car for me, to the ones who provided it with a clean that made it look brand new. Thank you, I cried when I saw it! Also thank you to Alex who along with Aaron, helped me buy this car. The finance bit was explained well and the paper work was all done by Aaron.. A special thank you to Aaron. Your service, your work ethic is beyond what I've ever had. You clearly were off, but still mentioned you would monitor your emails. Wow! If any other dealerships require training on how to greet your client from a hello, to seeing them off happy with a stunning car, its him. It mattered to Aaron that I chose the right car, and he got it spot on with everything. You are the mini's secret weapon, why would anyone not buy a car from you!?? I sent a service enquiry around 10.00 am on Monday morning to Sytner Wolverhampton and almost 11 hours later I have not received a call from them … need to do better in my opinion

Aaron Chima
Recently purchased a used mini at Sytner Wolverhampton. We dealt with Aaron from start to finish and he was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and there were no silly questions. He was very knowledgeable about the car and expressed it in a way the we could both understand. We have walked away from many sales executives in the past but it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He pretty much did what he said he would do from start to finish.
As for the car, it had the usual scrapes and scratches for a car of its age. However these were all rectified at no cost to us, but we also chose to have a ceramic wax based on advice from Aaron. The car looked stunning inside and out when we collected it and we’re over the moon with it. It drives like a dream and we’re looking forward to finding out more about it through usage. Great service, great car.

Excellent customer service
Having visited the BMW site thought I would pop over to the Mini side of the dealership to look at the new Countryman. I was most impressed with the Sport version.
There was absolutely no sales pressure and Aaron Chima could not have been more helpful and accommodating, guiding me through the different models and options. He even found a ‘curved ball’ with immediate delivery!
5 star service all the way.

I would avoid this dealership at all costs.
Visited recently and was a catalogue of errors that ultimately resulted in me securing a refund of my deposit and going elsewhere.
1. Suggested I couldn't afford a new electric mini
2. Secured the car I wanted, deposit taken. 3 days later a brief phonecall to say car no longer available and pushed to accept an alternative which didn't meet my desired spec
3. Practically hung up on when I said the alternative wasn't for me - told I would be called back (I wasn't)
4. Had to chase continuously before anyone explained to me what was happening. When I voiced my displeasure at the poor communication/service, this was ignored
5. Spoke to the new manager who advised he was in place to turn it around. Promised he would call me later in the week to discuss my experience again and see if I would like my deposit refunded. No call from the manager - calls were made instead by the 2 individuals who had let me down
6. Email sent with my bank details for a refund - this was not acknowledged despite me chasing it. Long delay in refund and only actioned after another in store visit and another follow up phone call a week later
Instead, I went to Mini Manchester who sourced my new car the same day. Also very personable and professional service.

Finding one of the last Mini Clubmans
On deciding to buy a MINI Clubman after production ended proved to be more difficult than we expected as we just couldn't find one with the spec we wanted anywhere but Tom Lagram at Sytner Wolv didn't give up and after 3 weeks managed to find exactly what we were looking for. The car was presented perfectly upon collection. The welcome and service we received went above and beyond expectations. Super friendly staff throughout.
