Friendly and efficient welcome from a knowledgeable and professional member of staff.
I chose the sit and wait option. Complimentary drinks and a comfortable seating area, with a desk if needed. (WiFi could be a bit faster if I was over critical)
A video of the initial health check came through quickly.
Once the car had completed its MOT (with wash and vac) the payment and paperwork were completed by the same staff member (continuity is important in a customer facing role).
A really excellent experience, which is why I use them regularly for all my servicing needs.

Great friendly service and really looked after well.
Reception greeted me in the morning, checked me in and were very friendly and offered me a coffee and a place to wait out of the rain.
Stuart Bayliss looked after me and kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle, offering expert advice and looked over my vehicle afterwards to ensure all was okay. Very friendly and customer focused and I would use yourselves again without hesitation based on this, and I was booked in really quickly; thank you, really appreciate it.

Shiny showroom but not such great customer service
Having acquired / leased 7 BMW and MIni vehicles over the past 6 years, it's disappointing at the lack of interest when walking into Worcester BMW and asking for a quick tyre check...The response was a shoulder shrug and then that I would need to book the vehicle in for assessment. A 5 minute drive to another service provider was very different with great customer attention and an immediate order placed for new tyres. More of a shame for Sytner as my current IX3 is due to be replaced in 5 months time. I wont be going back to Sytner.
