Don't listen to these negative review. This company is legit.
Ordered the phone on Friday, and it arrived on Wednesday. Less than a week.
Their communication though whatsapp was quick regarding any question.
Phone works reliably as it should, and cheaper than any place in UK, plus I got the better snapdragon cpu.

Side note, the package seal was opened upon delivery. When I asked t-dimension, they said that it is part of their quality control to make sure that nothing is broken or missing before shipping, which I don't mind.

Overall you can get genuine phones from them at better price.

All in all very good. It would help a lot if there was a better way of contacting T-dimension to sort out a mistake I made in ordering.

Great experience! Ordered an Xperia 1 VI on 5 november and received it on 18/11, without any tax or duty, in mint condition. Price was lower than any other site I could find.
Before ordering, be aware of the warranty and return policy: if they are ok for you, then do not delay any longer, the customer support is prompt and friendly and I am sure it will be able to solve all your problems!

Address confirmation part was unusual for sure. Other than that everything went smoothly, only took a bit more time to receive order than expected. Communication with store was at a very good level, prices are also better than in local stores. Received items were totally new.

Frequency of post-purchase communications could be better to relieve the anxiety of spending on what was, to me anyway, a completely unknown platform, (which my VPN highlighted with a “credit card data stripper” warning - when I went back into my account to check on progress, not when I initially made the purchase).

They asked for too much personal information so I terminated the transaction

Order both a camera and a lense separately which arrived one in a week and the other took a bit longer with a time of 2 weeks.
The products were both in perfect shape, only thing I have to criticize is that there was no security seal tape on the opening (pull tab) of the box.
Finally the only other thing to take in account is that they will ask for further personal information for "further verification", I don't know why the fact that there was your name and email on the PayPal account which matches the Login information of the website is not enough.

The delivery got bit late otherwise very smooth customer service and very competitive prices as compared to market.

All was perfect. Delivery in short time 5 stars for the service and product's quality.

[Edit-last!?] They are treating you -Trustpilot- as either idiots or lyers, as they can "detect" spam reviews that you can not, as I'm labeled as "verified". That's how they consider you!!

Delivery process is a bit slow, takes 15 days at least to your doorstep.

I ordered a lens 5 weeks ago with an estimated delivery time of 7 business days - but no delivery until today! The parcel has obviously been lost, but instead of sending me a replacement, they are "investigating" since 2 weeks. Not clear if they will ever solve this. They had the best price, communication was very responsive, but I now think it would have been better to pay a bit more and order from another company.

Update 8. Nov. 2024:
Another week has passed without delivery.
I have now cancelled my order and reduced my rating.

Update 17. Nov. 2024:
Despite my order cancellation, T-Dimension has not yet sent my money back. Therefore, I opened a PayPal case.

Update 25. Nov. 2024:
T-Dimension is still "investigating" and refusing to refund me for the order I placed 2 months ago! It was definitely the right decision to open a PayPal case - they (PayPal) have now sent me back my money.

I bought a new s24 because T-Dimension is the only vendor who makes the Snapdragon version available to european customers. It´s simply awesome that they can sell the Internation version. I also bought two years ago my current Sony A7IV which I still use for my professional work. I can only say good things and am happy for their pricing. It´s quite competitive. Shipping can take some time but that´s usual for import
