Before purchase I was assured my item would be dispatched within 1-3 days, and be sent a tracking link.
It has now been over 13 days, and the tracking link they sent me still says "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel".

Their confusing responses to my queries about the delay have not filled me with confidence, so for the past week I have been asking them directly for a refund, but have now had to ask for a refund through Paypal.

I will update this review once it has been resolved.

Be careful what you buy from this site. The phone was sold as new. After receiving the package, it turned out that the packaging did not contain a seal. I wrote to customer service and it turned out that this is standard for them, that they supposedly check the condition in which the phone arrived to them. Sorry, but I don't buy this explanation. How can you open something when it's new. And the second thing, probably even more important, is that in this case you are not covered by the two-year Sony warranty, only they give a one-year one from themselves and in the event of repair you have to send the phone to Hong Kong. And this is where the red light comes on. An opened phone without a manufacturer's warranty is not a new phone for me. Any explanations are lies to me. Be careful what you buy, even though the price is attractive.

Great service never had problem with

Everything was delivered as descripted. Took roughly 2 weeks wich is okey. Only downside was that TDimemsion never mention that the package needs your signature upon arrival wich caused some light trouble

Bought a 2700 Euro camera. Paid immediately with Paypal. Then they start asking for proof where I live (why??? Paypal checks this every time, with every delivery, if I´m a fraud...) So they ask for a copy of ID Card. Okay. Don´t understand it or don´t agree with it, but I´d like the camera, so I send both sides of my ID card (with data worth protecting redacted).
Then after two days they start asking for proof of salary, last paycheck copies etc. SorrybutWTF ? I want to buy a camera, I pay for it, and you do a digital colonoscopy? NO F*ING WAY. I cancelled and opened Paypal case. Get these people out of business, don´t let your westerners greed keep them in position!

Found site on Google search looking for a particular lens and it was at a good price. Communications with company were excellent with the company. Delivery was within timeframe stated. Couldn't fault this company and my online shopping experience.

It's the 3rd mobile phone I bought from T-Dimension and it's always been good on price and delivery. I also get good communication from them. Very good to deal with, thank you T-Dimension, Elaine and the team.

It took a while for the shipping to go through, but my God was it fast after it did (a few days)! Great communication along the way. I was a little worried before I ordered, as it was so much cheaper than anywhere else. But I had nothing to worry about. A brand new lens arrived well packed at my door. Highly recommended!

I bought a SONY a7C II camera and a SONY FE 20-70mm F4 lens from Italy on the German page of the site.

### T-dimension to get 5 stars:

The tracking on the site is provided via an Okayparcel track ID, which does not allow you to understand the true status of the item. After a few updates, a more specific courier ID will appear (e.g., UPS); however, this often appears late with little notice. For example, in one of my two orders, the final courier ID appeared when the package had already arrived home. This does not allow for perfect tracking. If it were possible to have the final courier ID right away, it would greatly improve the shopping experience.

**Cons:**
- Shipping tracking should be improved.
- The package sometimes arrives without manuals (the camera did not include manuals, unlike the lens).
- For some products, the warranty is covered by T-dimension and not by the vendor (check the terms of purchase and return policy).

**Pros:**
- Incredible prices: I saved about 700€ compared to the lowest-priced online sites in Italy and even more compared to the SONY price list.
- The T-dimension team provides very fast and effective email support if needed.
- Brand new and original items.
- Payment with PayPal is available.

I will definitely buy from this site again when I need it. The only area for improvement is the shipping experience. Overall, the site is trustworthy.
