Have bought several Sony E-mount from them in recent years and they have consistently offered some of the most competitive prices. Goods always arrive well packaged but in my experience total delivery time to the UK (from order being placed to receiving the item) always exceeds 14 calendar days. Customer service has been consistently responsive. Note that if you order high value items, be prepared to offer a greater level of personal information for ID checks (e.g. employment details, copy of ID) which I presume is to protect against fraud.

I shipped it to Italy. It was a nice experience; they replied to emails extremely quickly. However, shipping was not so fast (it arrived a week later than expected). I can totally recommend it. They also asked for additional documents to be sure my name was the correct one to ship it to. Little bit skeptical at start but it worked out great. :)

I ordered a “Sony Xperia 5 V” with 8/256 GB memory.
This phone was not available in this configuration in Germany.
I therefore ordered this model from T-Dimension.

The device was paid for via PayPal (don't forget to include the phone number when ordering/paying in case there is a problem with the delivery).

The order was placed on 10.10. and the delivery took place on 22.10. (via UPS).

Contact with customer service was flawless (very quick and easy to reach).

Conclusion: I would buy from T-Dimension again

They claim that they randomly pick the customers from whom they will require a scan of ID and proof of address, that isn't true, they request it from everyone including from customers who are Paypal as I have been without any issue since 2009 as an eBay seller and buyer (they claim that I might not have been certified at the time of purchase which is totally absurd).
I am not sure if that complies with Paypal rules but what I am sure of is that Paypal provides seller warranty when the buyer is verified and that is regardless of the amount of the transaction hence, asking for ID/proof of address not only makes no sense but is a totally unacceptable commercial practise that I had never encountered before. And claiming that my transaction was suspicious is outrageous as my PayPal is verified, has a complicated password and requires an authenticator app to log in. Couldn't be less suspicious from their side but it definitely was from mine.

That being said, when asked for a refund within 24h, they did refund me, not sure if the threat to open a case with Paypal helped me getting refunded faster or not but it did work (they specifically ask buyers to request a refund by email rather than by opening a Paypal case ... I wonder if it is to avoid Paypal deregistering them or not).

I ordered an Samsung S24 plus with the Snapdraggon chip. It went perfectly well. The product was shipped within 3 days and delivered in 5 days. It was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. I also had some contacts with customer service, they responded quickly and were very helpful. So excellent service and great price too.

T-dimension provides an excellent service from the very beginning the moment item is purchased till the end when it gets delivered to buyer's doorstep. Highly competitive prices on cameras and lenses out there. I'll be buying off them on a regular basis🤝

It was a bit weird at the beginning, when get ask sending over some private details, but it is harmless so far. The conversation via email were friendly, they explained and answered all question. Ordered on 30/09, delivered via UPS on 07/10 to Ireland. I'm really happy and have no doubt to order another article.

Great people to deal with

Contacted them about a Samsung s24+ grey on their whatsapp (a fee places, where you can get with qualcomm chipset to europe, instead of crapy exynos), they stated that will be available next week. I ordered next week, and in a few days they said, they are out of stock, but I could switch for a black one. Agreed, cause didnt want waste more time. Phone arrived in 10 days, with opened packaging.
SuperB communication (nearly instant replies in whatsapp), phone is great.
Only downside, I had to choose another color.
Still recommend, not a scam.

I purchased a camera lens from this website. On the website itself it says 1-3 days for the order to be processed and max 7 days to be delivered. It took longer, actually around 7 to the order to be processed and 10-12 to be delivered. Definitely non the place you want to buy if you're in a rush.
That said everything went well, it's not a scam! I've got always replies from them when I sent emails to know informations from my purchase.
If you're looking for that extra saving purchases and you can wait for a couple of weeks it's definitely worth it.
