A really reliable company
I have used this company twice. Firstly September 2021 for a table tennis outdoor table. I ordered it on a Sunday and I was telephoned by the company straight away to arrange delivery. Delivery was perfect and the table is fantastic. Recently ordered a tennis bat cover which arrived very quickly and is exactly as described. This company is like the old family companies that we used to have. Well done.

Recent outdoor table purchase…
I recently ordered an outdoor table and couldn’t be happier with the service. After choosing my model I sent an email to enquire about delivery - I was told (and I got a phone call as opposed to just a mail) I could have it the next day if ordered in the next hour. Great service. Delivery was faultless and they put the box in the garden for us and even advised us how to cut the box open to ensure we didn’t damage anything when opening it. After I assembled the table I had a minor query and within 30mins Russell gave me a call to tell me how to rectify it. Everyone I dealt with at TTT.co.uk seem genuinely interested in the products they are supplying…really refreshing. I would happily recommend and buy from this company again.

Amazing service
Amazing service. I was let down just before Christmas by another supplier, which could have been a disaster. But Table Tennis Tables came to the rescue and delivered within 3 days. They even phoned me to talk through the order to make sure I got exactly the table that was right for me. Superb service.

Negative experience
I purchased a Cornilleau 600X from Table-Tennis-Tables.co.uk in September after a couple of emails and a phone call to them asking for advice. I made it clear that I planned to use this in a garage and with a robot for practice.
I made my decision to purchase this table solely based on the write-up on their website however once I had received the table I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the bounce provided by the table top (7mm melamine). The website states it is a 4.5 out of 5 stars for bounce, however, in reality I would be hard pushed to give it 3 out of 5.
The TTT.co.uk website gives numerous 22mm indoor tables a bounce rating of 4 out of 5 stars and having played on one of these at my local club I can say the bounce is much better on a 22mm indoor than the Cornilleau 600X.
When I spoke to the company regarding they were very dismissive of the problem and kept repeating the fact that indoor and outdoor tables are different and give a different bounce - well why use the same scale and star ratings for both indoor and outdoor tables?
There needs to be a clear statement on their website that the indoor and outdoor tables are not comparable when it comes to bounce!
To me, the table I bought was falsely advertised by this company and I am very disappointed by the whole experience.
The Cornilleau table came flat-packed so as soon as it was made up, TTT.co.uk class it as used. I was unable to return it to them despite quoting the distance selling regulations.
I was left with a £700 table in the garage that is designed for people that do not play competitively.
I will never use this company again and I just hope this review may persuade other keen table tennis players to use their local suppliers - at least if something goes wrong you stand a better chance of a return.
**Edit** I see that TTT.co.uk have now added a statement to the bounce ratings - pity it took me to make such a costly mistake before they thought that would be useful information to know.

I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy with the information on our website and that you felt I was being dismissive when you spoke to me, it truly wasn’t my intention when I tried to explain the situation and limitations. I’m sorry if this came across badly.
I do agree that the bounce rating system used in the industry by us and our competitors could cause confusion, as you are not comparing ‘apples with apples’ when comparing indoor and outdoor tables. We have added some extra clarification as before you had to delve deeper into our site to find it.
I looked back on the two emails you sent before you purchased. One was asking for advice (copied below) whilst the other was asking if we would price match Amazon for an accessory pack.
“I’m interested in buying either the Cornilleau 600x or the Butterfly Garden Rollaway 7000. Money isn’t the issue between them however which in your opinion is built to a higher quality?
It will generally be used for practice inside a garage with a robot however it will also be placed in the garden when friends & family come over.”
We replied to say that the Cornilleau was better finished and easier to fold and unfold (the bounce on both would have been the same as both have 7mm resin tops).
The fact you stated you want to keep the table in your garage and then take it in the garden for use with family and friends made an outdoor table your only option.
My offer to supply you with an indoor, competition standard table at cost price will always be honoured (if you ever choose to sell your outdoor table). Though it's important to note an indoor table would not be suitable for use in the garden with family and friends (they can be damaged by direct sunshine or damp). Keeping indoor tables in garages is not recommended by the manufacturers, but a strong competition table is unlikely to suffer any problems as long as the garage isn’t damp.
Once again, I’m truly sorry you were not happy with situation and please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to explore the competition table option at cost price or if you require any assistance or warranty help with your current table.
