Decent service from Tachodisc. Delivery was quick and the website is easy to navigate, but receiving review requests before my order arrived was frustrating. Competitive prices though, and packaging was spot on. Would consider using again, but they need to improve communication timing.

My delivery was delivered on Friday 22nd to the yard next door. It was not found until this morning, the parcel was out in the elements all weekend. I am realy concerned that the electronic contents will be ruined.

We have sent you a copy of the invoice, I'm not too sure if there is an issue with you receiving this? We received your email on Friday requesting an invoice and we sent this across on Monday. We have a 24-48 response time, and as we don't work on weekends this was sent during then.
