You allowed me to order from your website for a product that you didn't jave. You took my money then emailed me thr next day to inform me you didn't javr the product, then I had to wait several days for a refund. I did receive rhe refund but cmon its completely amateurish to sell a product on your website you didn't jsve. Very poor first experience with your company. Then you sent me an email from the courier saying you were delivering the product, which obviously didn't arrive. Again poor effort.

After several emails chasing my order I was told on 27 Feb 2024 it would be with me in 3 days.
Since then no product, no communication and no refund.
