Difficult to sign on and order
Difficult to sign on and order. Difficult to speak to someone when you have a query. 48 hours to reply to a query is not good enough so overall not a great experience. Still waiting delivery of part of my order and for a vat invoice

Slow delivery times
Half my order was dispatched immediately and arrived within 2 days. The other half of my order, which is apparently stored at a central warehouse took 8 days to dispatch and 10 days to eventually arrive.

Unfortunately because some of our stock is sent directly from our suppliers, the delivery's are separate and delivery times differ. We do apologise for the inconvenience and we have raised this with our supplier.

A good service apart from deliveries always arriving damaged/boxes ripped/torn open. Despite reporting this on several occasions over the last few years it still happens.

I also received tracking emails to say it was dispatched days after I received the products. thus causing me to think someone else was ordering things on my account.

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE. I placed my order on the 5th January and I still haven’t received my order, i phoned them and they said it would be with at the end of the month, but when I actually order it said delivered within in 3 working days. I needed this product for work purposes so I’m not happy will not be using these again.
