Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible, they won't even answer the phone!
They used to be one of our most efficient suppliers.
We had a trade account with Tachodisc for many years, now they don't do trade accounts apparently and only sell direct to end user.
We now have many frustrated customers who had relied on us to supply their products.

Ordered garments from this company and they sent the wrong ones. I alerted them to my order and the photo displayed on the site. After a number of emails back and forth they said the order I made was the correct item, they just forgot to change the photo displaying the garment I bought. Still waiting

Responsiveness and service could be better
Disappointed with an outstanding from back in Dec and with the initial lack of response to communications however, finally and hopefully resolved via an agreed refund.

Useless company
Useless company! No communication with tachodisc them selves so try the parent company Fta look at companies house. Endless chasing but the order was finally completed and delivered. Would avoid any future purchases from them.

Zero customer communication
Phone rings endlessly or does not ring at all; also no reply to emails -- which is a shame as the products I've so far ordered seem good. There must be a way for your customers to contact you.

Software issue.
We bought tachodisc software and installed it on a pc which unfortunately died,
Tachodisc will not re-licence the software even though it is being installed on the same computer with a new hard drive,,, They insist we buy the software again,, I seriously doubt that is going to happen
