The wrong items and weeks to resolve
The wrong items were delivered which then led into a long process to get the right items and return the incorrect ones. After sending proof with pictures and videos that it was in fact the wrong item, I then got radio silence. 14 days later after chasing finally getting a response and getting the right items on the way.
After that experience I just reached to forget they existed, until I started getting emails, some addressed to me and some to what I can only presume is another customer, asking to leave a review. Now I am questioning whether my personal data has been compromised!?
All in all, please please please avoid this like the plague

Excessive P&P
We did not place an order as the p & p was over £14, for a £22 order which could have been posted as a large letter for £2.70, or at worst a small parcel for £3.49.
We got the items elsewhere for a delvery cost of £3.75.
