We are sending over 14 invoices in and only getting paid for 4 invoices?? Please stay away. TAFS is trash. They will try to put you out of business. STAY AWAY... We will be contacting BBB. i advise everyone should report them. They need to be put out of business.

Worst factoring ever.
That’s rip of the business and like scam just taking money, whatever they promise at the beginning never happened and you will pay more % for their service as it’s all additional fees or commitment and by the way it’s impossible to terminate the contract earlier.

Worst company ever run don’t walk

Trying to sell like it’s his last day, wasted 35min of my time on the phone and that was still not enough. Still made me hang up on him. Very outdated selling model. Disrespectful of your time.

This is the most useless company you can ever have interaction with. They lack business plans & procedures. Each staff gives different reasons & to top it up, the supervisor are the worse ever. Cant believe this business exit

They lie from the beginning. I have had them withhold my money without good cause and had to fight to get it back. I have been charged fees that they said they would not charge. I was tricked into the fuel card with the thought that it would save us money. I almost never saw discounts and was charged fees for it that outweighed the discount that I did get. When I stopped using it I was still charged a fee monthly for it even though the card was not active. The customer service is a joke. There is no way to go above anybody to discuss the issues either. If they do send you to a "manager" then it is just another customer service rep who refuses to help or will act like they are but then you don't see a result and don't hear back from them. I tried to speak to their "legal" team once about my contract and they said that I couldn't. I tried to reach accounting about an issue with payments and I was told no. You can only speak to the incompetent customer service staff. I was lucky to have found a couple of companies that helped me make sure I got paperwork out intime to be able to get out of my contract when the time came. You have a small window of time to tell them you will not renew and it is not in a time frame that you would expect so it is easy to miss. They try very hard to con you into another year contract with outrageous fees to get out of and they will not let another factoring company buy you out of it. Once you sign their vague contract you are screwed for a year.

Tafs will constantly change their business practices to beat you out a dollar. They use to attach a note to invoice “sent email to verify “.
They no longer do that, also they use to send invoice back to you if not verified in time frame .
Now they hold invoice to charge you an extra batch fee . You will pay for a service that is not provided by tafs . They are CROOKS

I hated that I even had to give them a one star save your time do not sign up for this company. They will force you to use them. They have a bunch of hitting fees. They force you to put it on the card that no one seems to know how to activate You try to go into the website to figure out what’s going on to find out your accounts and active but yet you’re stuck in a contract for a year the sales person that we use Sebastian is nothing but a bowl face liar. He did not tell us all these fees he claims he did but he did not. He is not responding to my messages that I’m sending to him asking him why I cannot get into my account why we’ve had funds that we can’t get access to what little bit that was stolen from us And his manager was also just unhelpful as arrested people with this company if you’re smart, do not use this company. If anybody by the name of Sebastian contact you from this company, do yourself a favor hang up the phone you will save yourself a lot of headaches.

I hope this will help anyone to NOT sign with TAFS. I was lied to by Sebastian when he contacted me about this company. I was told about the fee for receiving our funds by them, but not about all the other fees. They will nickel and dime you so they take more money than you make. Unfortunately. I’m stuck for a year, but it will not be a pleasant year having to deal with a company that basically steals funds for ridiculous fees. They will charge you a set up fee(a security fee, open account fee), they will charge you a fee for underwriting to do their review of your account, also they will charge you additional if you don’t use their fuel card (which I told them I didn’t want from the start). I was told by Sebastian that I didn’t have to take it, but failed to tell me that I would be charged extra for not using it. Signing the contract was the worst thing I have done. I will do my best not to submit invoices to them until I can get away from this sorry , lying company. This was a big regard I have done. I will post on very site about how sorry this place is and how much Sebastian lied to me. Bad business.

First of all if you don’t have a lawyer don’t deal with them because their goal to have go under with your company. Very very bad customer service, lies. TAFs does the opposite of what the pitch.

they hostage your money i dont know other word to describe this buissnes , they are always changing their rules in order to prevent fraud they say and they are the ones committing fraud , having tafs is like you work for them you need to call your brokers and get payment updates then call tafs to advice about the payment , the agents working there are useless , other thing i found out , if you have money in the reserves they will never let you recover that money , the excuse now is that if you have a invoice with 30 days old even if the payment is on the way they will hostage that money until you have 0 invoices over 30 days , it use to be different the reserves was always able to pull out no matter what , but like i say they do this type of things to hold your money, trying to be respectful about the matter but its easy to find kind words for them when they are making your hard earned money go to their pockets

Tafs is the worst company eve. I believe my success is they success instead they would hold you responsible for the contents in the contract to bully, and threat you. I should have never signed with them, they were many signs telling me not to but I did. Customer service is the worst, representative of the company is given by false name just to show you are shady they are. The way they batch other companies and their contracts is exactly how they do business. It takes days to get in touch with someone when you finally do they feed you with lies and BS.
IN ALL STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY

This is the worst company I came across with. Not sure where to even begin. First Able they are so rude when it comes to their customer service and just refuse assisting you with any issues that you have. Please stay away from this company. Whenever the previous owner signed the contract with TAFS. As the new owner should have an option who to do business with. So whenever you want to terminate the contract. No one is willing to assist you with that matter. They are being rude and tell you to read the contract. I have lots of people who does trucking and in this industry. Believe me, they will hear about it and are not going to want to do business with someone like this company TAFS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have to echo everything else in these reviews..I have nothing good at all to say about this company...very poor customer service, no transparency, nobody will even answer questions about the contract..had to wait hours or days to resolve issues that needed to be handled timely.....if icould go negative stars I would.

Stay away from the. At all costs. We are a dispatch company with more than 30 carriers. 1 third of them are with TAFS. I Will not go into details. But it's just frustrating and inhumane. They withhold payments for literally no reason. Just sending an email notice that finds are blocked. There's no possibility to communicate via email with them. Nor via phone. They never answer nor call back. Our carriers are waiting for weeks even months

I never send bad reviews, but this company is the worst company I have ever encountered. They are scammers and I’m unhappy with them. All of my business friends asked me what factoring company do I recommend and it’s a shame I couldn’t recommend the company I’m using. I literally can’t wait until my contract is up to find another factoring company. If I can give 0 stars I would. I’M SO DISAPPOINTED IN THINS COMPANY

TAFS is absolute worst experience in factoring that I have ever had. They have single handedly shut down my income. They DONT DO anything that try claim to do. They have kept my drivers money for loads in 2021 that have been paid. No one ever answered the phone. They charged me 1000.00 to give me a loan to pay them back money the stole from me. The money has been paid to them from the company but they won’t pay out and are charging us to get it. Somehow none is the supervisor, no one is over another person, no resolution , no nothing. Take your business to somewhere else this company is going to escrow you up everyday over the bills they are going to do what ever they wants …. Please do not sign any contract with company if you love yourself your family and your money we work so hard to make money but these people take it from you and your family they are so nice with you in the beginning after you sign the contract they f u up .if you don’t believe me try it thank you
