Poor customer serves
I ordered a number of parts including two magazins costing forty euro each which was confirmed in a email .my order arrived with two cheep midcaps for a diffrent gun and was on the invoice.when i contacted the company they were not very helpful ,they refused to send me the propper mags.and offered me a refund which i wouldnt recive until i send back the two cheep mags.wont be shopping there again.

We confirmed that there was a mistake during the packing of your order and we have apologized for it. You have received different mags than the one you have ordered. To receive the refund for the mags you didn't get, we need to have the ones sent to you by mistake back in our warehouse.
We have given you the courier label, so you can send it back not cost-free.

Downgrade was perfect, only cons is the shipping price but with thuch a low price on most of your item it is normal !

My favorite airsoft shop
Taiwangun is my go-to airsoft shop for years now. Easy to buy, problems were always solved. Also, for a few months now I noticed that they are adding random bonus items in with your order. I got a few grips and back-up sights so far. It's not much, but I'm very happy when I'm opening a package from them. Great work!

SO CRAZY 🤯
Got my order in 8 days. From Poland (I think idk) to Ireland. Very happy with the stuff I got, everything was surprisingly high quality, INCLUDING the Plate carrier I got for €36, mind blowing. I will be buying more accessories and gear as it's cheap, high quality, quick shipping and overall a great website to be ordering from. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing First Time Buying
I honestly believed that the S&T BAR Magazines just didn’t exist but I was proven wrong. So greatful for TaiwanGun for actually having some. No problems during payment or shipping and arrived in perfect condition.

The only reason a gave four stars instead of five is :
I purchased 4 mags for my gun
( I have purchased the same mags for the same gun in the past and they worked flawlessly)
The mags wouldn't fit in the gun at all
Nor the other mag they scented me for free !
It makes you doubt the quality control!!
Hopefully it was a one time thing

Gun broke immediately
Gun broke immediately. Was told Taiwangun would send necessary part with my “next order”, so I ordered another $30 of magazines to get the part we needed. Then they claim not to have received the comment on my 2nd order requesting the part. Long story short- gun still broken and I no longer have the patience to deal with Taiwangun and their shady shifting stories.

Dear Jennifer, accusing us of shady shifting stories when you wrote in your email at the beginning of our conversation that you will be ordering mags from us soon and then we asked if we could add the replacement part inside and as a good will gesture refund you for the delivery of those mags. The only two things we asked were to put down the comment in the comment section during placing the order and writing us an email with the order number immediately after placing the order. You placed your other order on the 10th of January and didn't put a comment, then you wrote us an email on the 13th of January when your order was sent out from our warehouse on the 11th of January. Is extremely hard to put something in the parcel that is already on the way. Then we have refunded you the shipping cost even though you didn't do any of the two things we asked you. And then, at the end, we asked you for the address to send you the replacement part by post. And the parcel was sent. We don't know if it was delivered already, but accusing us of any shady shifting stories by a person who doesn't understand what wrote in their own email is just unfair.
This is the situation where we as a shop can do everything possible to make up the damage made by the courier company, and still be the bad guys.

Shipping is priority!
I made an ordered from Taiwangun the same day I ordered from Evike. I live in Washington state.. Both are great companies with many items to choose. However, my order from Poland (Taiwangun) arrived within said time.
I have yet to receive my order from Evike and they are only 2 states away and its been 2 weeks. Hopefully, it will arrive soon..

problem with accepting the card can be more complicated. We are not accepting all the cards, but most of the problems are caused by the banks of the customer which are stopping the overseas transaction to stop the fraud risk. In such cases, you need to contact your bank and tell them the transaction is safe and it's made by you. Our customer service would tell you that, but you have contacted us just to tell us that you want to cancel your order.
We hope that you will try to place another order and explain to your bank that this is not a scam but a legitimate business.
