Fast dispatch after purchase. Unfortunately the courier . Is only delivering my parcel later today a full 2 weeks after dispatch . I know the poles will be of good quality , as I already have a Westfield wind breaker . Otherwise a perfect experience .

I bought an item from Tamworth camping on e bay, however, unfortunately the packaging split open and one part did not arrive. I contacted the company and their customer service was exemplary. A replacement part arrived 2 days later. I cannot recommend this company enough. Nothing is too much trouble and the products are of excellent quality. I will definately be using them again.

Attractive, well made. Guests didn’t know they were melamine until they picked up a plate.
Not bendy with the weight of a roast dinner and big enough for adult meals. You can hold a full plate one handed safely.
Went through top shelf dishwasher fine.

Ordered a blue toilet/utility tent but green was delivered. Tamworth tried to source blue to replace but not available so full refund issued and return postage cost paid by Tamworth. Great customer service just a shame couldn't get product we wanted.
