I ordered 5 taps for my new home and they all arrived after 2 days when I chose the free delivery 5-7 days so am pleased with the delivery service. I couldn't get a discount for the bulk order but I suppose the prices were good anyway :-)

Perfect product, delivered on time, good value.

Got a great deal on the tap I wanted, and it came faster than I expected. Will deal with again!!

i found this site by accident after purchasing some taps from the tap centre, i probably wouldn't have brought from them had i seen this site first! I had a very good experience with them and didn't have any problems with the products, delivery or service.
and i would definitelybuy from them again

I thought I'd write a review as Tapcentre got some criticism.I've been using them for over a year and have ordered over 20 taps last year. Did have an issue with two orders in January but this is sorted and the service since then have been great.

Prices are excelent too which is why i started using them in the first place.

Great service, fantastic products. brought the butler of london 1.02 and the latitude k1000!! quality great and the service receive was excellent!! would defo recommend.

I had a problem with my item being delivered to my billing address instead of my shipping address. One of the customer service ladies (thank you Jacinta) dealt with it brilliantly and liaised throughout with a redispatch and collection of the first product.

They also offered me a 10% off on my next purchase as apologies for the problem. I certainly feel they dealt with me professionally and will be making use of the discount gesture.

I ordered a Tap from Tap Centre about a week ago, emailed them for a couple of tips as to what type of tap would work best in my house and they were very helpful. Delivered on time and price was good compared to other websites that I looked at.

i purchased on tap centre as they suggested the item was available. Although not the cheapest on the astracast product, they had in stock and delivered it on a next day service.

Have read the reviews afterwards however would buy again.

My wife chose a tap from their website but then I saw all the reviews on Trust Pilot so I was naturally concerned. I look over the web and Tapcenters price was about £30 cheaper than the closest competition so I took a chance and placed an order. I was more than pleased when I chose free delivery and actually got the product the next day!

By the sounds of the managers comments on some of the reviews it may well be that there is truth in a temporary blip unless I was just lucky In any case, I would order again when my wife decides what she wants in the bathroom.

I ordered 2 taps from Tap Centre, one bathroom and one kitchen tap on 2-3 day delivery. They both came after 2 days. I will definitely use again and recommend to all.

Ordered Frankie sink and tap, on a next day delivery and received immediately.

Noticed a few of the bad reviews, fortunately i am not one of them.

I ordered my tap on the Sunday evening on a 2 - 3 day service and have received the tap today. Beautiful tap - I must have been another lucky one, but given the good service I had I thought I would give some recognition for my taps delivered in the time specified.

was i lucky ? did not have the tap i ordered in stock , but was contacted straight away , and was sent alternative tap ( next day delivary ) , unfortunatly tap was faulty . but was offered refund straight away , which i took and have received , was pleased with service , and received apology .
all thing considered would use them again
