Good price , fast delivery on the tap but it is very difficult to fit as nut is non-standard size for specialised plumbing tools and feed pipes are too close to nut to use standard tools. Result, new tap is not secured properly to sink.

Change the nuts for 10 mm or 12 mm to make them compatible with the standard spanner sizes

Prompt delivery. Tap received within 48hrs. Product as described. Not yet fitted though - so can't vouch for operation! If it works properly - I will definitely be visiting site again!

Ordered a Cobre mixer tap on Thursday. It was delivered on Friday (standard delivery!!). I fitted the tap on Saturday but oh dear hardly any flow through the hot side, I've been a plumber for 40 years and realised the problem lay in the tap casting itself, so faulty tap, refund required.
I emailed customer services on Tuesday, by Friday I hadn't had a reply so I rang them.
The guy I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. He couldn't understand why there was no response to my email, he offered a refund and said as the item was faulty that there was no point returning it (I assume because it was under a threshold price). Easy as that.
Top marks for friendly customer service.

Purchased goods online on 28th June 2015 and apparently everything was in stock, 2 weeks later still no goods and not even an email to say why?
I called the service line and was told that 1 item was out of stock but they would send out the part order on next day delivery, 1 WEEK later and still no goods? Rang the service line again and was told it would be out in 2 days! The delivery came but was short of 3 items not 1? called the service line again.... Huge apologies and explanation, the towel rail will be out in 2 days! 2 days later, no towel rail? called the service centre and the said there had been some mix up and it would be out in 2 days! That was 2 days ago and still no towel rail?
PLACED THE ORDER NEARLY 4 WEEKS AGO!!! WHATS GOING ON???

Great product and excellent service, I had missed the first delivery but they delivered a couple of days later at a more convenient time at no extra cost.

I needed to source a Cloakroom mirror which I had been told was no longer manufactured - upon contacting Taps I was given A1 service, the item sourced, and delivered by mid morning the next day, So great to be made a promise and for it to be kept. Ten out of 10 for Taps. Thank you, Marge

Another lovely mixer tap, this time for a client. Fast and efficient delivery with lots of information about delivery dates. Tap also was packed in a soft bag within the box. Excellent service.
