Bought cheap mixer taps from Ebay. Found out that the length protruding into sink was far to short. Replaced with Newburgh tap. Excellent choice. Easily fitted by an amateur, me.

Item was not described enough on web site, so when arrived not suitable, customer enquiries not helpful just kept repeating same programmed speel. returns policy poor, cost £5.95 for delivery then expected to pay cost of return which could have been anything from £9.00 to £20.00.

The Riva 460mm basin and full pedestal set, that i purchased from Taps.co.uk, arrived at my address on time and when it was supposed to which was brilliant. But as soon as a qualified plumber tried to install the basin and fix in a slotted waste he noticed leakage from underneath the basin, my plumber tried installing multiple wastes into the basin all from Taps.co.uk and the leak kept occurring? He then informed me that was because of the way the basins sink hole was cut.
I then called the customer service team, to inform them of the problem and get a refund on the product. They told me to send them pictures of the fault and they would get back to me? It's been 4 days and As of yet i haven't recieved any conformation that they are addressing my problem, So because of this i am not happy with the overall customer service.

Looks good and quality also good however, there is always a trickle of water after turning off the tap.

full of empty promises with better bathrooms not delivered when said then prices changed when finally delivered not complete promise to send next day didnt arrive totally useless staff at there office would be more suited to sweeping streets but probably would get that wrong a bunch of monkeys could do better if you are reading this and are thinking of using them DONT
