I am very impressed by this company.Their website contains lots of really useful tips and advice. After sending them as much information as I could about the part I needed they emailed me a link to order a replacement valve. The new valve arrived within 48 hours. Having been told by a plumber that my tap couldn’t be repaired, and that I would have to spend well over 100.00 on a totally new set of taps, I was able to do the repair myself for 18.00. Well pleased.

Wasn’t too sure what I needed to repair my leaking tap. I forwarded a photo of my tap and was told exactly what was needed. I received the item very quickly and the repair took a couple of minutes.
Couldn’t ask for better service, swift replies to my email etc.
Would definitely recommend.

We had a leaking kitchen tap which we did not know the make/manufacturer. All I had was San Marco 2009 on the valves. I happened across TapsAndSinksOnline and was very happy with their dedication and quick help to find the correct valves. They asked for photos of the Tap and Valves and in less than 24 hours had recommended the correct replacement, including a full explanation of the reason for their recommendation. I ordered the same day and by 4 PM the next day the valves arrived, were fitted and the leak ceased.

It is becoming rare to find companies so willing to help. Their prices are good too.

I bought a replacement valve for my Rangemaster tap from this company, my order was processed very promptly and the delivery charges were very reasonable unlike the excessive amount some other companies charge. I can't fault this amazing company in any way! My dilema was just a leaky tap but they took a big interest in it for me. Accurate and helpful advice from Alice at TapsAndSinksOnline. Photos and measurements sent by email prior to ordering were examined and this ensured I was sent the correct parts. Bought tap cartridges and sink plugs. Arrived about three days after ordering.

Our tap was leaking in the lockdown and we had to fix it ourselves. I sent a picture of the part to TapsAndSinksOnline as I had no idea what it was or what it was called. They were really helpful and identified the part and sent videos showing how to to fit it. The part was delivered quickly too. Ordered an Oring kit for my leaking kitchen tap but it did not fix the problem.
Contacted TapsandSinks who guided me on how to carefully check the spout and found a very tiny pinhole.
Ordered a replacement spout which was delivered within 48 hours. Tapsand Sinks kindly refunded the cost of the Oring kit which I can now keep as backup.
Overall the service from the sales team was excellent and I can fully recommend this online company.

Ordered a part as instructed by plumber - Noticed this web site has tutorial on how to install parts. So I picked the part and it was here 48 hours later. Followed the tutorial and fixed the problem with basic tools. So saved me a lot of money. Communication was very good from company as I had a few technical queries before ordering .

Dripping tap was driving me nuts, so dropped the company an email to enquire about what valve I would need to fix it. Alice got in touch promptly and talked me through what information was needed to help select the best valve.

Clearly very customer focused and gave clear advice on which valve to choose out of several. Valve arrived within 2 days of ordering - easy to fit and solved the problem immediately.
