We had a dripping mixer tap in our kitchen which was driving my wife to distraction. I tried cleaning the cartridges and changing the washers but to no avail. Cue taps and sinks online, who identified the cartridge replacement matches for our mixed tap and I duly ordered the parts. I fitted the cartridges yesterday and they were a perfect match.
The end result? No dripping tap and an extremely happy wife.

It’s not often these days companies/ people do as they say or are overly helpful but this family run Company are different, let me tell you why.
Great website, detailing info allowing novices and professionals alike to track, what they need, photos, diagrams, full part numbers and even a place to upload photos of parts required. If your not sure!
I initially sent a email to them explaining what the problem was and do thy serve customers in Northern Ireland.( Don’t get me started) all part of the UK.
Couldn’t believe Customer service agent
Alice🙏 she replied almost immediately, detailing what to do and what the procedures are.
( This was Saturday morning)
I placed the order and received a detailed copy on the return email followed by a (dispatched email) covering who the courier was and what to do to track.
The items arrived safely this morning 👍

Now for residents of Northern Ireland this rarely happens, Orders from the mainland normally take a week (except for Amazon) even that takes two or three days on Prime.
So around of applause for this family company ( They do what they say and promise)

Found this company on-line whilst looking for a replacement kitchen tap. A quick email to them with my problem and they responded within an hour with a solution. I ordered a replacement part from them which arrived within 2 working days and saved me about £120 on a new tap plus the cost of a plumber. Great service and would definitely use them again.

The 2 parts required for my tap where for some reason very difficult to find from local Plumber s Merchants. Found T&S on line sent them images and Sarah within minutes replied asking for a bit more detail, replied with the answer and again within minutes replied saying they had the correct parts in stock and could get them out within 3 days. On time and perfect for the job, sorted. Sarah even followed up asking me if I had sorted my problem. That is First Class Service. Thank You

I asked Tapsandsinksonline to supply me with ceramic tap cartridges , and sent photos and measurements of the old ones. The firm very quickly sent the exact ones , and they were high quality made in Italy too , no cheap imports .. The firm were very helpful friendly and communicative throughout , I recommend them completely .

What a great company! Sarah and Alice went to some lengths to help me get what I needed, even for a low-value order. Highly recommended.

Parts Wrongly Marked. I ordered two replacement quarter turn inserts. The parts arrived in packaging marked Hot and Cold but when I fitted them they were wrongly marked and I then had to disassemble the work and start again. Plus there were no screws provided to reassemble the lever onto the new part. When I queried this with the company I received no apology for the mix up and furthermore they wanted to charge for the two small screws £3.50 plus £3.50 PandP, having charged me £5.50 P&P for the original order. They could have pointed out that I may need the screws when ordering and saved the extra postage.
Not a very helpful or knowledgeable company. As has already been pointed out in other reviews, they are in Southern Ireland so returning stuff will be expensive

Ordered a replacement spout and it arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged for protecting the part. Wish more companies operated like this!
