I emailed Taps and Sinks seeking advice on a leaking tap today (Sunday).
I did not expect a response until at least Monday, but the company came straight back to me with advice and guidance.
Although I did not end up purchasing from them this time due to need an immediate repair, based on the response and email interaction I would definitely use this company if needed in the future, and will recommend them to anyone.
It is very rare to be given this level of service these days. Full credit to the team involved

My tap lever seemed broken. It turned out that unknown to me the wrong 20 spline valve had been installed years ago. It caused the 28 spline lever to eventually slip. After many to-ings and fro-ings Alice deduced that the wrong valve was the problem. Excellent support for a non- plumber! Great website too.

This company really care about their customers. I ordered some new cartridges for a Franke tap and the website also referenced bushes. I ordered both cartridges and bushes.
When I took the old cartridges out of the tap body there were no bushes!
I contacted Taps&Sinks to arrange to return the unused parts and mentioned in my email that there were no bushes in my tap. Almost immediately I received an email asking for more details of my tap because Franke seemed to think that it had bushes.
I sent some photos and the day after I received a full refund of the cost of the unnecessary bushes.
This is exceptional service and T&S should be commended for the standard of their customer care.
They will be the first place I look in future.

Fantastic service from research, advice, ordering and delivery. Tap cartridges were an older seemingly obscure fit and I couldn't source them anywhere BUT - Taps and Sinks had them, sent them and solved the issue within days from research to arrival. Thank you so much.

Tapsandsinks online were able to provide me a replacement spout for an extremely difficult to replumb CDA tap. Spares we unavailable anywhere in UK.
I ordered late Monday, it was despatched Tuesday and arrived early this morning (Thursday). Communication regarding order receipt, despatch and tracking information was excellent.
I had anticipated possible customs complications by importing from Ireland but the transaction was no different to any other online purchase from a U.K. supplier.

I ordered a replacement mixer tap cartridge and, yup, selected the wrong cartridge. Sarah kindly pointed out the error of my ways and allowed me the chance to change the order. It was a little like having my homework marked.

I ordered a tap repair kit for my Franke Planar that was leaking between the tap body and the spout. Arrived within a few day, stripped the tap down, fitted the replacement O rings and clips. Refitted the spout, no leaks. Brilliant service.

The spout of my kitchen mixer tap broke off on Saturday evening which was really inconvenient. I contacted tapsandsinksonline that night by email explaining the problem. By Sunday evening I had received a really comprehensive and helpful reply from Alice, with details of the part I required and even the allen key needed to remove the spout, and how to order them. It was excellent customer service.

Sarah was very helpful in identifying the correct replacement for an SMR valve that had been discontinued. It arrived by Wednesday morning after the initial query over a Bank Holiday weekend. It looks completely different and is a different length, amongst other things, but it fits perfectly. Many thanks.

I had a previous consultation via shared photos of a leaking 10+ year old Franke kitchen mixer tap leaking on the cold side.
Hot side started to drip a couple of years later so I ordered the replacement parts.
Super quick delivery and took around 90 seconds to fit despite me being fairly mediocre at DIY - perfect.
Saved a lot of money for replacement tap/ plumber and much better to reuse than replace.

Quite bemused by all the options for replacement valves for Franke Zurich kitchen tap. Loads of helpful info and assurances from Alice about valves, other associated fittings (washers etc) and how to actually do the job. Very patient and comprehensive for what was a modest value order. I needed a plug for my kitchen sink, I was easily able to select the correct one from the website and order it. I entered my address omitting half of it, it was 4 in the morning, and it was promptly corrected by the sales team. And finally it arrived super quick! All in all a great experience.... Would recommend.
