What an amazing company to deal with, really helpful with online questions, ordered a new spout for my Bridge Taps on Monday and arrived on Wednesday, now that's what I call service ...and that is from Ireland....just fantastic

I needed some replacement parts for my kitchen mixer tap. (Rangemaster Aqua disc 2 )
I was advised to contact tapsandsinksonline.
I wasn’t sure of the parts I needed regarding size and type but after a few emails with pictures I was guided to the correct product.
I placed my order and received a quick response confirming my order with next day dispatch.
My items arrived in good time to mainland UK.

The company website made it very easy for me to choose the right spare parts for my mixer tap and provided good advice on replacing the valves and on returning unused parts. The returns advice on unused parts was especially helpful and I got my refund paid quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasure to deal with the customer services team.

Taps and Sinks online website is easy to navigate to find the make and model of tap concerned and the parts stocked to effect the necessary repair. Links to detailed step by step maintenance information are invaluable and once ordered the new parts were delivered within two days. Following the maintenance information allowed me to fit the new valves purchased within 15 minutes. Job done. All in all an excellent and very speedy service

Alice provided a very swift reply along with help and advice to meet my requirements.
Unfortunately with delivery coming from Waterford and with current postal strike action taking place, I needed to ensure I received the part asap.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish, such a rarity in this day and age. My tap started leaking and I needed a new cartridge. Local Plumbers merchant suggested that there were so many varieties that I may as well give up and buy a new tap. Saw Taps and Sinks Online and sent them picture of the tap and cartridge. Within a short time, same day I will add, the helpful staff responded with the cartridge type I needed. Better still they stocked it. What an amazing service. Replacement tap with fitting about £80. New cartridges £30. Thank you Taps and Sinks online for cutting through the layers of faff and providing an honest and supportive service.

Have used this company twice, both times could not fault them! Singlehandedly the best customer service I've ever experienced. Speedy. Super helpful and went out of their way, even when the sale would have only been worth a very small amount of money to them. And on a Sunday. Can't recommend highly enough.
