Contacted tapsandsinksonline to get some advise for my dripping kitchen mixer tap. Sent email on a Sunday and got a reply from Alice within a few hours who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Alice diagnosed the problem and emailed me back within a few hours. Sent me links to order the part and guidance (step by step) on how to repair. Ordered the part and was able to fix my tap with the guidance. Amazed with the service from Alice and tapsandsinksonline. The service they provided saved me having to get a plumber to fit a new tap. Thank you Alice and all the team. Fantastic service.

I needed a new valve for a leaky tap. I was unsure about the correct replacement but with the helpful advice given by the sales team they sent the right one. The website has useful tips on how to go about the job. Excellent service!

Ordered Franke valve and tap handle and all arrived perfectly package the next day. Sent a photo of the new valve beside my old one as they were different. Alice emailed me next day to advise I needed another part to go with the new valve and provided the order no. This arrived 2 days later. I can recommend this company for helpful expert staff and who deliver a prompt service.

So I needed a replacement spout for my kitchen tap and did my usual thing, a couple of clicks on Amazon and a new one arrived a couple of days later. It was marketed as “Universal Fit”, but that obviously didn’t include my tap because it didn’t fit. So I did what I should have done in the first place and emailed tapsandsinksonline with a photo of my tap. They replied the very next day with a link to purchase exactly what I needed and some helpful info and alternatives. Why didn’t I just try them first and save myself some time and bother of returning the first one to Amazon! If you need something and you’re not 100% sure of the size/fitting etc then do yourself a favour and email tapsandsinksonline. Highly recommended.

Broke our 10 year old Atlas Abode Spout. Found a replacement online with tapsandsinksonline.co.uk. Saw they were based in Waterford. Emailed them to see if they had an Irish website that we could order from. Alice replied promptly with a link and details of what we needed to order. Ordered Friday evening, delivered Monday. Fitted in a few minutes and works perfect. Very happy to recommend this company and shall use again. Also delighted to be able to support an Irish company.

Alice is very professional and identified the type of tap/valve through the pictures I sent her.

She explained everything I needed to know in detail.

The parcel was delivered in a timely manner so I could sort the leak.

Absolutely first class service from Alice and the team at Taps and Sinks, they really couldn’t have been more helpful. My elderly Carron mixer tap started leaking late on Friday night - by Wednesday it was repaired. They had identified the replacement spout, processed my order and shipped it to me to fit, notwithstanding that there was a weekend in the way. Highly recommended - I’d give them six stars if I could!

My hot water kitchen tap was leaking and I realised this wasn’t the normal washer replacement I was familiar with. Having found TapsandSinks online I was able to identify the tap make and from their trouble shooting guide that a replacement valve was required. After some excellent communication via their website contact us button they recommended the correct valve. It arrived today and using their website fitting instructions it took less than 5 minutes to repair. Full marks to TapsandSinks as I would probably have defaulted to a plumber without their help.

TapsAndSinksOnline are one of the best companies I have dealt with. I bought an original replacement Franke Tap cartride from them 11 months ago. It started giving problems, but a quick email to TapsandSinksOnline and they immediately despatched a replacement - No hassle whatsoever. If only other companies were this good.

Bought a Moselle kitchen mixer spout through their website which was straight forward. Postage was minimally priced and the spares I purchased were very good value for brand new parts; I couldn't find a better price. All-in all a great find.

I had trouble changing a tap washer. It's one of those 2 in 1 taps.
I saw other people had trouble doing exactly the same. I got in touch with tapsandsinksonline with my problem, and between us we solved it. A BIG thanks as I didn't even buy the tap from them. It's nice to know there are some good people out there, and of course they will now be my first port on contact.
