Ordered a Franke Tap spout a couple of days. Very prompt service and very carefully wrapped to protect. Superb service.

My Rangemaster bridge kitchen taps developed a serious drip from the spout and I tried 3 companies (including Rangemaster) who were unable to help. Nikki at TapSparesUK suggested I try TapsAndSinksOnline and there, Eoin and I exchanged images and identification details, over several emails that allowed me to choose the correct valves that arrived speedily and I fitted myself with great success. Great customer service from Eoin.
(my local plumber said I needed to buy a whole new bridge set of taps)

I ordered a new tap valve for a Lamona Garda kitchen tap. I received excellent service all round. Some helpful advice concerning the initial problem and what part I needed. Unbelievable rapid dispatch and delivery of the part. I expected a week plus for delivery. Instead it was here in about 2 days. Part fitted. Leak stopped. Job done. Thanks to all. Highly recommended!

Great service and advice. Ordered replacement parts for a Franke tap. Contacted their service email for some advice, sent pictures of the issue and within the day they had corrected my order to the parts I actually needed. Went the extra mile to get the order right for a total purchase that was not that much. Delivery was quick <3 days. Will use again and recommend.

This company managed to supply us with a replacement sink drainer waste for our 2003 sink, something which had seemed impossible after trying multiple other outlets both local and national. Not only that but they emailed useful recommendations, then delivered the part within 2 days of ordering at a reasonable price. Brilliant customer service!

I ordered two replacement Franke tap valves and the parts arrived within three days via DPD.
I could not remove the small brass screw on the handle housing so a link was forwarded with instructions and they even included a new screw FOC in case of problems!

Ordered replacement tap valves which arrived in good time but the hot water valve didn’t seem to fit. Contacted Sinks and Taps Online with photos and got an immediate response,on a Sunday afternoon, explaining that the valve was the correct one and what I needed to do in order to get it to fit. Excellent advice, the fix worked and the tap doesn’t leak. Would highly recommend this company for their service and advice. If I had needed to return the valve they supplied all the necessary information regarding Brexit paperwork .

I purchased some valve replacements from T&SO. My mistake, but they were incorrect and had to be returned. Despite my taking great care in posting the items to the Republic they did not arrive. I pestered T&SO for information on their return and Sarah and Alice remained polite, helpful and courteous at all times. Finally, six weeks after receipt in the Republic, An Post returned the package as it did not pass the Customs check. It was a small package with the contents fully detailed on the outside. Furious, I wrote again to T&SO asking for more advice as to what I might be able to do now. To my astonishment T&SO returned the cost of the product and passed on my complaint to An Post. I was shocked and delighted at their generosity and have donated the money to a charity. I could not accept it for myself. I had made the mistake in the first place and yet they made this extremely kind gesture without being asked. What a superb example for other Businesses to follow.

Bought a replacement tap spout, after original Franke tap spout had corroded after 6 years.

Arrived within 2 days. Absolutely perfect replacement. Took 2 mins to replace and now it looks brand new.

Franke were adamant that only their UK website could provide spare parts that were genuine. I checked with Eoin and he confirmed that what they were offering were genuine replacements and he was correct.

I have an Astracast Shannon pullout mixer tap TPO789W which drips from the cold side.As the firm no longer exists I contacted Sales@tapsandsinksonline to see if they could supply a replacement cartridge. I had a prompt reply from Sarah saying that although they could not supply a direct replacement she made suggestions as to where I should look on their extensive stock of parts list. She also suggested I send pictures of the tap and cartridge if I could not find what I wanted and she would try to help.Unfortunately none suited so I emailed the pictures. I had a reply by return from Alice asking for a bit more detail eg. thread count on spline, size etc.which I sent. Again I had a very helpful reply suggesting two possible cartridges together with a selection of screws. Not only this but she would send one free of charge and said If nothing fitted I could have a full refund. They arrived promptly extremely well packaged.
By this time I felt that I was dealing with a helpful friend not a commercial firm.
The final outcome was that one of the cartridges fitted. It was a “1212r” in case anyone else should need one.
I have inevitably paraphrased the correspondence between us but it was extensive and must have involved a great deal of time and research. I simply cannot speak too highly of the excellent and friendly customer service from this firm

I recently ordered two kitchen tap ceramic valves which were delivered promptly, however one of the two valves had been supplied in error as it was the incorrect size - I sent an email with photos of the correct and incorrect ceramic valves to "Taps and Sinks" online in the Republic of Ireland - from past experience with other online companies, I hadn't altogether banked on a reply.
How wrong I was in this case with "Taps and Sinks" online - approximately 3 days later a small well protected parcel arrived - on opening there was a neatly packaged ceramic tap valve to the correct size - no quibbling or request to the return of the wrong valve.
I view that as an excellent service, one that you can have full confidence in from a company that obviously values its customers.

First class experience. Found and ordered a really hard-to-find tap cartridge off their very comprehensive website. Delivered by DPD from Ireland in 72 hours. Didn’t work first time but Alice in Customer Services quickly sent out a replacement FOC which arrived in less than 48 hours. Could not fault their support.

Excellent service and very friendly and they reply to any queries I was over charged for postage and they refunded as soon as they noticed and the products are what you order very happy and would recommend to anyone.

Ordered a franke spout for my leaking tap. Ordered Friday arrived the following Thursday. Great product at half the price of Franke. Thank you so much

It is so rare to find a company that goes the extra mile to help and especially when not chasing a huge order. Alice helped track down an unusual Franke tap valve working with my clumsy explanations and poor photos to give me a great option to purchase parts and possibly return if the plumber could not work with what was sent. In the end the choice was perfect and the job done. Fantastic service all round - many thanks again!

I had a leaky monobloc kitchen tap that was leaking and then began making a squealing noise when another tap, hose or washing machine was on. After enquiring about the what part I needed, Alice was spot on with the make and model. Quick delivery and tap all sorted now. Highly recommend.

Superb result and cannot thank Sarah from sales team enough. We have rangemaster sink taps in which the teeth broke inside the taps. We were told we had to buy a whole new set of taps at 300.00 but after sending photographs to Sarah she advised me what they could sell me. We ordered them and paid 50.00 approx in total and now both taps are in great working order. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I have a Franke Kitchen Swan Neck Kitchen Tap unit that started dripping on the mains (cold) valve. While it’s easy to remove both hot and cold valves with a 17mm ring spanner, there was a brass bush ring around the cold valve which I could not remove and which my local plumber store did not stock. The man in the store told me that if I damaged the brass ring while removing the stuck valve I would need to buy a whole new tap unit.
A quick on-line search took me to ‘Taps and Sinks’ where I was able to match a brass bush ring to the size I needed: Elger Tap Brass Bush 3868R.
My order was dispatched the next day (Tuesday) via dpd Ireland who emailed the day (Saturday) and time of delivery to my home in the South East of England.
It only took me 5 minutes to replace the old valve with the stuck brass ring.
In all I spent £10 on the replacement part and £5 carrier cost and had the satisfaction of doing the job myself and very pleased with both ‘Taps and Sinks’ and dpd carries.
