Can't rate this company highly enough. Ordered 2 ceramic tap glands on the 13th and arrived today from Ireland 🇮🇪. No longer have a squealing tap in the kitchen when I turn on the shower or flush the toilet 😀 😳....also a big thank you to their carriers DPD who kept me in touch with every movement of the order.
Well done the Irish from Scotland.

I had a leaking tap and struggled to find the parts from my kitchen supplier.
The TapsAndSinksOnline website is excellent with plenty of tips and my new parts arrived within 2 days.
The recommended removal tool made the job so much easier.

Just wanted to write a review in relation to the new kitchen tap cartridges ordered last week.

They arrived today and were a direct swap for the old ones.

I was really struggling to find the correct size replacements myself so their help and advice from a few measurements and an image was very impressive.

Really pleased and would recommend anyone in the same position as me to use your firm.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. From my initial email all the way through our dealings, they were responsive, helpful and friendly. At the end of the day they didn't have the part I need but directed me where to go to get it. Thank you Sarah and everyone involved. It's a pity more companies don't take a leaf out of your book :-)

This company is based in the Irish Republic but registered with UK tax authorities. Details clearly shown on their website. I turned to them after being let down by a UK supplier. I needed a spout for an Abode swan necked tap. They had the item in stock and it came via DPD very quickly and extremely well wrapped. Excellent service would recommend

I only wanted a £30 tap valve for a -5 year old Franke tap. I had an immediate helpful response to my enquiry and was offered sale or return if the part didn’t’ fit. It arrived a few days after the order as nd fitted perfectly.

I cannot recommend Taps and Sinks Online more highly - fantastic range of good quality items. When our kitchen taps arrived and there was a small manufacturing issue, Customer Services could not have been more friendly and helpful in rectifying the minor problem. I would not hesitate in purchasing from them again. A very good company.

I had a problem with a tap so i contacted the company for advice. They could not have been more helpful. They asked for photographs of the problem and correctly diagnosed the matter for me. It was a pleasure to discover such excellent customer service even when i did not need to buy anything from them. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company to my friends.

Had a leaking kitchen tap and didn't really know where to start, so optimistically got in touch with a photo and hoped for the best! Tapsandsinksonline replied almost immediately, identifying the make and model as well as the likely issue. The new parts arrived 2 days later and with their guidance, I was able to fit it all myself, saving me a plumbers call out fee. Couldn't be happier, thanks very much!!

Great company, very very helpful in guiding me through the minefield of finding spares for a kitchen tap which we had no idea which brand or model it was. The new O-rings required fitted perfectly and solved the leak in 5 minutes. Rare to find a company that will spend time helping to solve a problem for a mere £8 order.

Top company, genuine parts,good prices, communication first class, particularly Alice and Sarah in sales department, the only negative is that this company is let down by the carrier they use for UK deliveries, ie DPD.

Second time of ordering a tap spare part from TapsandSinksOnline. When asked if a fixing screw would be included with a new handle before I ordered the screw as well, Alice advised that she wasn’t sure and would include a screw free of charge in any event. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a tap/sink spare part.
