This company has been extremely helpful and I couldn't praise them enough. Extremely fast delivery and sale team very helpful after I sent photos of the tap, which I couldn't find on line. Great to deal with in every way.

I recently bought a pair of replacement cartridges for my Franke Athena tap. I found the pictures on the tapsandsinks web site very useful, making sure I was buying the correct model. They also had a helpful troubleshooting link explaining any possible pitfalls that I might encounterwhen replacing the cartridges.
The parts were very competitively priced and they arrived in 3 days.
tapsandsinks will definitely be my first call in the future.

I needed replacement valves for a kitchen tap and had struggled to find the type I needed anywhere else. After finding their website and receiving advice over email with the sales team, I ordered and received within 3 working days. I needed a tap valve for my kitchen tap. After trying Screwfix and local plumbing merchants, I couldn't get one to fit. I emailed taps and sinks with the measurements and pics. They were incredibly helpful with their advice and lead me to the valve I required. Even through lockdown delivery was quick. Highly recommended. Great customer service.

Excellent service. I wasn't sure whether I needed a whole new tap, spout or just washers. They replied promptly, chatted about options and recognised my very old tap from a photo. New spout ordered, great info on their site about how to remove the old one, and it arrived safely and well packed. Very impressed with their overall service.

Very genuine and helpful.
Parts ordered were shipped promptly, but then got stuck in post Brexit/post Xmas rush with carrier. Taps and Sinks advised of hold up, refunded cost of order and even when parts arrived 2 weeks late declined offer of payment as service is key to their business approach.
I use Taps and Sink for all my relevant spares and would recommend them without hesitation.

What with the pandemic and Brexit I was kept informed all the way from ordering to dispatch to delivery, Problems with delivery because of Brexit and I had a scam email from DPD which Alice went out if her way to confirm was a scam. Brilliant . Highly recommended. Part was excellent too!

I dont usually leave reviews but I think praise is due here. There were some issues with the despatch of the product due entirely to Brexit and DPD being overwhelmed. The company maintained a superb level of contact so as I knew what was going on, they gave me choices without my prompting and were decisive acting and doing exactly what they said they would. The value of the item they went to such great lengths over? £3! I think you can buy here safe in the knowledge that your purchase is safe and that the delightful Alice will look after you.

Could not have had better service and communication. We live in Australia and found it impossible to get new tap valves and were faced with replacing two whole sets of taps at around 400 pounds each. New valves were located and I was able to fix everything for around 100 pounds including postage via UK.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. A major kitchen retailer couldn’t find the correct part for the tap they’d supplied, a few years ago but TapsAndSinksOnline knew exactly what I needed and within days, I had received it. A very efficient and helpful business.

I had an issue with my kitchen tap leaking and I was unsure of the brand, as there are no clear markings on my tap.
The pictures I forwarded, the team responded very promptly with the part type I required with drawings and instructions on how to change the defective part.
The delivery to Ireland was within 48hrs.

Almost gave up looking for replacement for our Franke kitchen taps. Either parts were not available or the cost was too expensive.

Then by chance came across this site. Looked at the site for the items required, liked the way each item had a full explanation, and options available with cost. No hidden extras.

Ordering was simple and quick, and all I had to do was wait for the items to arrive. 2 days later the genuine parts arrived, and fitted with no issues.
I have now ordered additional parts, to complete the repair and replacement of the tap.

My kitchen tap was leaking. The problem was identified and I set out to fix it. However, the difficulty was to find the valve needed for the job. I looked for days, not able to find the right part.
Until one day, I found TAPS AND SINKS ONLINE. The page was full of information - which can be off putting for some people. But, if you are looking for a particular part, you need to do the work and read the information and instructions.
I thought I saw the part I needed but, I was not completely sure. Therefore, I submitted pictures and drawings asking for assistance. The answer arrived fairly quick. More questions were asked and the valve was bought. We now have hot water and no longer a leaking tap. Thank you to Sarah and Alice who were very helpful. You guys were great.
