Fabulous service! I emailed an enquiry over the Bank Holiday (Aug 2024) and had a reply the same day. wow! They regretted that they didn’t stock the part I needed but suggested a company that might, with website and phone number) which I phoned after the holiday - and they did stock it.

I ordered the Franke Lina tap spout which was delivered within two days of order with DPD, very well packaged and in perfect condition.

Previously my landlord had given me a quote of £287 (including labour costs) to replace the whole kitchen tap because of a dent on the tap spout. So by finding a replacement for the tap spout alone (£44), I saved so much money as I easily replaced it myself with just an allen key.

Also, I was concerned about there being any marks on the spout and the customer support was super friendly and quick to respond on this ensuring that extra care would be taken in preparing my order. I really appreciate this and would highly recommend their products!

Excellent customer support. DPD delivered my item to the wrong house (miles away) but Taps and Sinks despatched another item with extra guidance on the box as to my location. Throughout they were in close contact with me until finally I received my order. DPD get ‘nul points’ whereas this supplier gets top marks!

Didn't actually end up ordering from them but super helpful and detailed advice via email on identifying which tap we had, advising tools and how to get parts open, which parts may be needed and whether it was better to look at replacing the entire tap.
Highly recommended to get in touch with and really great to see such care taken (over the weekend too) with helping customers out.

I ordered an Eiger spout for our kitchen tap with Tapsandsinksonline. I had previously ordered from Franke but not impressed with the quality or the price as this was the third replacement in 8 yrs !
It was of course a much better price and was delivered in due course packaged very well.
Be sure to take great care removing the grub screw at the back of the tap as the part ordered does not come with a new one. Put the plug in place just in case !

Very informative and helpful website which tells you everything you need to know. It explained clearly how to identify which tap valves I needed and how to fit them. There was also lots of other useful information not usually seen on an online store’s website. Based on this I ordered a pair Franke Venician tap valves. Order was delivered quickly with no issues, and when contacted customer service were quick to provide helpful advice. I’d definitely recommend Taps & Sinks Online.

Fully recommend company so helpful. Had to replace tap spout which sprang leak’s (holes). I ordered a spout from them, but not the correct one, they didn’t have the spout that I wanted, without asking they sent measurements of a spout that they search for that could be the one, it was. The service is excellent, couple of days had spouts. By them finding the spout they have saved me few hundred pounds. Had no problems on returns.

I had a problem with a leaking cartridge on a Franke Semi-Pro Side Spray (2004-2010) tap and it turns out Franke no longer support this tap with replacement cartridges. I initially found a cartridge on a different website that was cheap and the description said it was the right one for my tap - it did fit but leaked a LOT. After scouring around online, I came across TapsAndSinksOnlione. I'd nearly given up at this point and was almost resigned to having to buy a new tap, which wouldn't have been a great option for me for, aside from the high price of a new Franke tap, I would have had to try to fill the hole in my work top where the side spay sits as Franke no longer make taps with separate side sprays. However, I was saved! The customer service from Sarah and Alice at TapsAndSinksOnline could not have been better. I sent them photos and they spent time researching and working out what was the right cartridge. Their knowledge and experience resulted in me getting one from them that worked perfectly. There is no need to look elsewhere - the customer service is fantastic. I could not recommend TapsAndSinksOnline more highly.

I had an issue with a recently purchased Franke Olympus tap spout. I contacted the customer service team via email and explained the problem. With no prompting, they posted me a replacement set of o-rings which fixed the problem. From initial contact to fixing the issue, it took less than a week. I am very happy to recommend this company, and pass on my thanks to Alice and Sarah.

I just wanted to write and say how helpful the Taps & Sinks online website is in ensuring I actually ordered the correct plug as there were multiple options available. The clear photos and descriptions of the slats within the plug etc ensured that I got the right one the first time!
