Ordered a Swan Neck Tap from Taps and Sinks, noticed I’d made a mistake with my address but Jackie quickly corrected it. Tap delivered three days later, packaging excellent and fit first time. I would certainly use them again.

Excellent knowledgeable service - diagnosed my mixer tap from a couple of photos and promptly dispatched the replacement valves which turned up early as well. Nice and simple fix due to getting the right parts first time. Recommended and many thanks!

I needed a new cold valve for my Franke Athena kitchen tap and spent hours searching the net to make sure I was buying the right part. The Taps and Sinks online website was perfect with great images of the parts as well as dimensions of the valve. I was therefore able to place an order knowing the valve and associated bush would fit, and they did! I now have a kitchen tap working like new and I know where to go for any future spares!

As a novice diy,er i used this company recently forthe first time. They talked my through buying valves and then bushes to fix a leaking tap. The staff diagnosed the issue from photographs and send very thorough emails in answer to queries. They were very helpful when i ordered the wrong part and sent a replacement free of charge. My only criticism is that you cant talk to anyone. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered a tap aerator but when it arrived it was marked. I sent an email and within minutes Sarah replied. She apologised and organised for a replacement for me. The service was amazing ,so quick and easy to deal with. Sarah was fantastic and a true credit to the company. I would highly recommend this company and I will definitely be using again xx

This is the second time I've used this company, really impressed, easy to use website , prompt service and dispatch times great communication, the swan neck I ordered arrived in two days it was really well packaged , and in pristine condition of course , I would not hesitate to use them again and I would highly recommend using them.

Great service from this company. Wasn’t sure of the part I needed to repair my tap so emailed a few times with photos. The response to these emails was immediate, even one reply on a Sunday!
The delivery was within a few days of my order and as I was advised the part was the exact fit for the job.

I contacted Taps & Sinks Online on Sunday 1st September (@12.37) inquiring about O ring seals for kitchen mixer tap spout. Being a Sunday I wasn’t expecting a reply till at least the Monday morning. I received an email @ 12.53 the same day from the Sales Dept with precise details of the O ring seals I needed together with several useful fact sheets about pin holes in a spout and fitting the seals. I was very impressed by their prompt response. I ordered the O ring seals and they duly arrived. Unfortunately when I fitted the new seals it did not cure the problem and I suspect the Sales team were correct in there diagnosis of the pictures I had sent them and that in fact there was a pin hole in the spout.
I contacted the Sales team again and they were very helpful in arranging for a new spout to be despatched and it arrived promptly enabling me to cure the leak in my son’s flat.
I was delighted by the Sales & Service team especially Alice and Sarah who dealt with my initial and subsequent inquiries promptly, efficiently and they were very courteous during our communications.
I would certainly recommend taps and sinks online.
