Reception:
Carol and Sandra are both extremely helpful. Today, Carol managed to sort out several issues for me with patience and understanding of the problem - she is an excellent receptionist. Friendly approachable and gives lots of positive vibes under difficult circumstances.

Dr. Rashid always makes a significant effort to greet his patients. I noticed this when I recently popped in for blood tests.

Regarding the website. Talking to staff about the website and online prescription ordering service is met with "I don't know anything about that."

The service doesn't render properly on mobile phones and tablets and so, is very difficult to use. Replies from this service are unreadable and sent to spam folder, which makes them suspect and not advisable to click on any images or links.

Contacting from the website is flagged as unsafe and safety certificate is invalid. Again, staff will not deal with this.

The webmasters of this practice need to look into this and rectify it as there's no other way to bring this to their attention other than a letter to the health authority or a trust pilot review.
