Warning- Thugs are operating TATA cliq, stay away from them, buy from store, they charged me 2.5 times than what it was selling on original website. And then during big cliq event I ordered an item and prepaid in full, but TATA rejected my order saying it's been rejected and I have to place another order for the same item, whole they are selling this item for almost rupees 1800 more than what I got during promotion, not only that I also lost my promotional benefit. This item has never been out of stock since the day I ordered it. TATA lacks morals and ethics of doing a business, they are cunning and untrustworthy, So far I have spent atleast 5 lac rupees at TATA stores, but that's the end of it, will never ever buy from them and I will gladly stop using all TATA items at my home and will not fly in Air India as well ( as it is operated and owned by TATA)- so From today onwards I am going to boycott TATA products and its services. Shame on you TATA

I ordered a product from TataCliq (Order ID: 136354268) and received the wrong item. I immediately contacted their customer support and even raised the issue on Twitter, but there has been no proper response or resolution till now.

This kind of customer service is highly disappointing, especially from a Tata Group company. It's been several days and still no action has been taken to resolve the issue or initiate a return/refund.

I’m sharing this publicly in the hope that someone from TataCliq takes accountability and resolves this issue urgently.

I do not recommend shopping on TataCliq until they fix their support process.

Yes it’s selling fake products, showing attractive top brands products in the app with huge discounts. It’s my personal experience that I too bought a boss trouser through the Tata cliq luxury app and found a very bad experience. I had returned the product immediately due to fitting issues but they had refused to take return in their quality checks. It was so shocking that I had returned it immediately and they said it was used product even. My purchased product is with there only and even they didn’t refund my money. It’s very clear that they sell used/damaged products only offering with huge discounts. I bought only with the trust on the Tata brand but there’s no role/support of Tata to help if something wrong happens with you. Tata cliq luxury is the only ecommerce platform to sell the products with its associated partners. I deeply not recommend this platform to buy any products seeing with the offers. Don’t trust this platform and don’t buy from Tata cliq luxury it’s a disputed platform

TATA CliQ Fashion in Ahmedabad has extremely poor customer service. Once you place an order, they dispatch it, but they don't care whether your product is delivered or not. They show no concern for your order at all. When I raised a complaint, they failed to provide any solution to my issue. I ordered a product, and it's now six days past the expected delivery date, but I still haven't received it. Their lack of care is frustrating.

Moreover, the delivery company they partner with, Expressbees, is just as bad. Their service is ridiculously poor—it's a low-level, unreliable company that offers terrible delivery services. Both TATA CliQ and Expressbees have been very disappointing

Avoid!! Complete Scam

They do not cover buyers at all! If you place an order and anything is wrong with the item they will side with the seller. No refunds, no returns nothing. Terrible and untrustworthy platform.

Poor delivery & return logistics and delayed customer service

Bought Noritake dinner set end of November trusting the Tata Luxury brand and it arrived with damaged bowls and its 20 days now and the damaged product is still with me despite repeated reminder for return pick up. Ordered another Noritake set and it came damaged again and I am wondering whether it will be picked up this year or this casual attitude of customer service and logistics partner will continue

I had picked a dress from Tata CLiQ

I had picked a dress from Tata CLiQ, the size was L but the fit wasn’t right and I had tried returning multiple times but their excuse was sizes XS-M was returnable but not the size ‘Large’. It was not a product that you try at a trial room and pick, You have to pick hoping it fits and return if otherwise. While making the purchase there was nowhere it was mentioned it was non returnable. Horrible experience and they mentioned it was their policy. Pretty pathetic.

My only suggestion would be avoid shopping from tata luxe. Its been ten days since i placed a return n retun is not even attempted and it was cancelled. Customer care executives given me lame answers that our grievance officer will give you solution and they dnt have any seprate number for tata luxe nor there mail id work. Amount involved is 15000/- and till date they r not taking any action on my complaint please avoid ! Seem like deep rooted conspiracy. I dnt have any grudges against them writing all this because im frustrated and done ! Anyone interested can join legal battle with me
They are so callous! They r not able to maintain the legacy of tata! Like starbucks tata luxe would be another failed business. They are just busy in accumulation and there after service is bad. Please do your own research while u order from them

I ordered a biba salwar set and Its a 3 piece set and I have received only the top. Very poor customer service. I always order directly from biba online and for the very first time tried ordering through this website. When I contacted customer service they said the time limit to check the order & complaint about it was over and They can’t do anything about it! It was a gift to my relative in overseas and I couldn’t check it as its arrived in a different address and I was never expecting that they won’t deliver the complete product as it has never happened in any of the orders before through other websites! Very disappointing!!

Terrible

While it used to be a very trusted and responsible company off late it has become the worst, my order has been delayed by more than two weeks and they haven’t even canceled and given me a refund. They are utterly clueless of what is happening with the product once it’s dispatched and take no responsibility either.

It seems like the products are good…

It seems like the products are good quality and the prices are great from a reputed company. Once you have placed your order, the problems arise. The delivery date changes as well as the terms and conditions. I placed a Cash On Delivery order and they told me that I can refuse the order if I don't like the product. But when the delivery came, the delivery man told me that if I opened the box I cannot refuse the delivery and I have to pay for the product. Then I have to initiate the return/refund online on their website. I had a no choice but to request the return online and put the credit on their website wallet. Basically I lost my cash money to TATA
