Very disappointed with Tata Cliq Luxury. I ordered an expensive Samsonite trolley bag. They delivered a wrong color and have disappeared on me. They are not replying or picking up the product from my house. I have filed a merchant dispute with my credit card. Request everyone facing similar issues to do the same.

Tata cliq is the worst site. They sent me the wrong product and are not taking it back. I have raised 100 complaints but they are not responding and I am not stuck with shoes worth 5k that don’t even fit.

The cliqcash has expired without any notification or SMS or email or call. The intention is to grasp people's money without paying them back.

Worst kind of online delivery store.My product did not get delivered even though I got SMS & money was paid by UPI.It was only after I inquired about the product the call centre informed that the product had been cancelled but the same was available online at a higher price by the same seller which I checked online.
Advise buyers to stay away from TATACLIQ,it only fleeces poor customers & keeps the money to run their organisation !!!

Deplorable customer service. I ordered a watch on 4th May, and the delivery date was set to 8th May. Since then the delivery date changed 5 times to the following days. I sent one email to their customer service but no reply from them. I am yet to receive that item when I making this review.

I ordered an item in Myntra on same day May -4 and the expected delivery was May 16. But they delivered it 6 days earlier which is May 10.

My order was placed on April 13th and paid for with a  card. My delivery date was set for April 17th, and I was ecstatic because this was my first order from Tata Cliq. However, when I look at the tracking information, the date has been pushed to April 19th rather than April 17th. The awful service left me very disappointed. If I had ordered through Myntra, I would have received my stuff the same day. After I receive my order, I will uninstall this APP from my phone.

I have ordered a gold earring and I have requested for a return and the courier cancelled without my consent. I have been calling customer care to arrange for a pick up and every time they said that they cannot do it due to technical issue. And that they raised it with their technical team. I had to follow up daily as there is no update and I have been told to wait 48 hrs each time. I first called them on 7th April and we are now on 13th April. They haven't done anything. Avoid shopping here, incase you need a return you are screwed.

I wish i could give a rating in the negative to tata cliq. Despite being associated with s gem like Shri Ratan Tata, this company believes in duping their customers. I was delivered a STAINED, USED and STINKING shirt instead of the westside dress that i had ordered. Despite raising various complaints and complying to their requirements, i was told that they cant do anything because according to them, they had delivered the right product. As a customer, I feel so agitated and helpless and i curse my decision of investing my money and trust in this fraudulent company. And they didnt stop just there. They even disabled my account because j shared my concern on twitter. I would advise everyone who is here to read reviews to not waste their time snd money on tata cliq. Its a lesson learnt for a lifetime

I got the product completely different from ordered. The courier boy changed the upper bill of the packet by making the hole in the packing. And the product is different when opened. Customer service has refused my request as of now. Will keep chasing and update here. Escalated the request to higher management. Let's see what happens.

The company has worst customer support. They don’t short out your issue. They have not sent the item and refused to refund the amount saying you are falsely claiming, we have delivered the item.
They tell you to keep mailing on their customer support without responding.
I have lost my money, I hope people read this review and avoid losing theirs.

Horrible customer service.Correct pair of shoes sent back but Tata cliq says that the Quality check failed.
The delivery guy checked the product before picking up the product.
They treat their customers with utter disrespect and their customer service is beyond pathetic.
Will Never buy anything from TataCliq.

According to company policy, unshipped and unpacked orders can be cancelled. However, my unconfirmed order has not been canceled after hours or writing emails (to Csmanagement at tatacliq com) and making phone calls to TataCliq support.

After so many negative reviews I decided to give it a try and much to my surprise items were delivered on or before time and quality was super good! I dont know might be I was lucky I bought items worth 3k and didnt had the chance with their customer service( fr which there are many negative reviews) Anyways my personal experience was great!

TataCliq - One of the worst site to shop. I returned my one of the ordered product and got less money in refund and its been more than 2 months i am chasing. This way they are making money and harassing their customers. Nobody is willing to work there. I hope i will get my money one day with interest..i didn't even wanted to give 1 star to them..they deserve in negatives

Thrice I ordered a trouser, everytime the order was placed successfully and the pincode was serviceable. After successfully placing the order the status never changed and hence the amount was refunded. Waste of time fooling customers.
