Would like some technical help. Once set up, everyone kind of fades away.

The cell service outages from the Verizon that Tattletale using is sometimes frustrating when you can not remote arm your system. If we where notify there is a problem before we have to call to find out there is a problem would be great!

We have used Tattletale for many years with our field offices so I elected to use them for my RV. Very responsive Customer Service and an excellent product!

Great system. Complete confidence that we are protected. Excellent value and love the fact that the system can move with us if need be. We would definitely recommend the company to others, and have. We had initially ordered the black unit and a white one was delivered. Apparently the black unit was out of stock. Waiting on the black to be sent and then we will be 100% satisfied.

Our company has had several burglaries over the past 37+ years that we have been in business, and until recently when we had the Tattletale system installed, our property loss has been greatly reduced, if not eliminated. Also the ability to monitor and arm/disarm the system through the mobile app has proved to be a valuable asset with employees coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Just wish we would have installed the system years earlier. Lastly, I would like to commend Tattletales representative "Greg" for taking the time to thoroughly explain the system prior to the sale.

This is a great company and great device when on the road

System generally is good and operates well. There has been one complaint from the guards who monitor the base station. They say you cannot control the volume of the audible alarm. They wish you could control it due to the base station being right on the desk next to them.

We have Tattletale Portable Alarms at both our business & home and the service has been excellent and reliable. Highly recommended.

The ease of moving and adding sensors as the job progresses make this system the best on the market. I highly recommend this alarm system to my customers to assist them in their overall site protection plan.

We have several commercial systems that I manage and move site to site, and now I have a residential system too. They both just work. The app works flawlessly 99% of the time on my residential system and the once a year it doesn't a quick call to the Westerville Ohio based support team and they refresh the data and its back in action.

Happy with fast alerts and replacement of defective sensor. Vocal help with programming my base unit was appreciated

The system works very well and we are pleased with the equipment. The trouble I have is with customer service and routine maintenance.

Ive had this service for a few years now, and it is great.

My Tattletail unit has performed flawlessly. It has protected the materials, tools and machinery for my custom furniture studio for 4 years. I have 2 door sensors, 2 motion sensors and a fire/smoke alarm. The Tattletail call center has provided great coverage and the technicians have helped me solve some issues that were peculiar to my location and upgraded my system as new advances become available. It is without any reservation that I would recommend Tattletail to anyone seeking protection for their property.

I like the Tattletale alarm system. It is user friendly and the company is easy to work with. My only complaint is that the monitoring cost should be the same as Simply Safe. Otherwise, it is perfect.

I was called and told I would have to upgrade at a cost of over $1,000. It didn't matter that I was a loyal customer for over 15 years. Basically I was told pay the cost or my service would be disconnected. So I got another service at half the monthly fee tattle tale was charging me though I did have to invest in the system at approximately $700. I'm officially in the black and never an issue with the new provider.
