I have 2 units. The High Performance unit we use at our farm and the home unit at our house. We had the farm unit for about 10 years with very few problems. I think it's the best.

Our home unit is also very good. We have an occasional lost signal on some of the motion detectors, I think it's the cell signal that causes it but we are still very happy with the unit.

Selection of equipment needed was a little troublesome at the start but it got worked out, then the monitoring company had issues. Problems were addressed to my satisfaction and we have had no problems since. I will continue to use Tattletale and would recommend them to anyone that has something to protect. It is so simple to set up and operate it is almost to good to be true.

We needed the Tattletale quite a few times all false alarms but they have a protocol they follow and with in 4 minutes the police were asst or house.. That's great.. Thank youTattletale!

The hardware interface is so balky that we've had dozens of false alarms just trying to enter the code to disarm. The police have been summoned on numerous occasions needlessly, and we've been billed for it.

Additionally, the call center is poorly trained to report on the cause of the alarm being triggered.

From our view the system only works as a visible deterent. Far less than what we thought we were getting.

As a company I think you can trust them. I had good experiences with their customer service. That said, their flagship product leaves a lot to be desired. Many aspects of the device cannot be configured via the online portal. I also had many false alarms on the main unit (due to light? bugs? I could never find out). I would also like to see cameras that connect to the main unit., When I get a alarm I would like to be able to see a picture of what the room looks like at that time. I felt so helpless not knowing what was going on. I ended up selling the house. So one star is removed from the rating due to there not being clear documentation on known limitations of the alarm system.

Well, I have the portable base alarm and two other motion detectors. I use them mainly for my flip properties and at home. The hardware does what it's supposed to do when armed. when someone walks in front of a monitored area, the alarm sounds. Setting up the peripheral detectors isn't as easy as they make it out to be, but trial and error should get you up and running shortly. The remote Android app works well. Alerts you to compromised areas as well as self tests to let you know system status. Customer status is very responsive if you need assistance.

This company has been in business for awhile,and it shows. I'm very pleased with how things are working out with the base unit and external sensors. Seems to be on top of it and having the cellular service works great.

Absolutely LOVE my tattletale system. Use it on our motorhome trips, and the piece of mind is priceless. Simple. reliable. Intuitive. Irreplaceable!

I was generally pleased with the equipment, with the exception of the speaker in the siren and the battery life. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. Seemed like calls were answered by rude, immature folks. Very unhappy customer!
