It will be nice to get a reply in regards to my emails I’ve sent, I’m really thinking about going to the head office in central London maybe then I will get a reply

Quick delivery but no response when emailed

I made an order and it came within 3 days but the fact I had to pay to return it and not get a refund or no reply to 7 emails I sent is ridiculous. Hopefully now I might get a response

We responded to use several times and you was disregarding our return policy. As stated any item bought via sale or discount code is only viable for store credit or exchange. Also we clearly state we don’t do free returns.

Ordered an item over 4 weeks ago took…

Ordered an item over 4 weeks ago took payment and no item delivered yet, sent 4 emails now to company and not one response. This was an item for my son's birthday ordered weeks before so it's very disappointing to say the lease, will wait 1 more week if nothing I will ask the bank to pull back payment because I have not recieved the items and had no response from the company...... I'm still waiting for a full refund to be issued this is going on 14 weeks now shocking treatment.

Don’t buy from tax3 they have the worst…

Don’t buy from tax3 they have the worst clothes quality on earth and when I tried to return it to get my money back they said I wouldn’t get it that I would get a store credit

Firstly it's a shame you wasn't happy with the quality but to say 'we have the worst clothes on earth' is a a bit of a stretch. Our return policy is clear and stated on the product when ordering, you bought a sale item therefore you are only entitled to an exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty.

Tax3 Tracksuit for teenager

Website was easy to use, purchasing process straight forward. Tracksuit purchased for my Son's birthday arrived quickly and notifications on delivery. Tax3 tracksuit my Son is delighted with, good quality and fits true to size. Happy child, happy Mum.

The product has not arrived even after half a year.
I don't get a reply even if I send an email.
I can't get my money back either.
It's a shame as I was really looking forward to it.

I placed an order on April 2 and until…

I placed an order on April 2 and until now, June 24, I have not received anything yet. If you live outside the UK please do not buy that brand as it will not arrive never.

10 weeks later still not received tracksuit emailed 3 times still nothing. Phoned bank to start dispute
