I ordered and paid for a tracksuit on pre-sale on 12th April and it said the release date would be 1st May. Then I received an email saying delivery on the 5th May. A further email came saying it would now be delivered on the 10th May. I replied again to that email but heard nothing further. I tried on several occasions to contact the company by phone as 6 weeks had now passed and I was beginning to doubt if the item would come at all. Fortunately, Jimmy was in store when I phoned a third time and he rang back. He apologised for the problem and said the order would be leaving the warehouse at the end of the week. Thankfully, that did happen and the item arrived after 7 weeks. He also sent a voucher for all the inconvenience which softened the blow a little.
It might be an idea to consider a little more explanation about pre-orders on the Tax3 website to avoid this confusion because I had ordered this for my Grandson's birthday which had long gone when the tracksuit finally arrived.
It's a shame this had to happen at the items advertised are of high quality and look good on the wearer. It hasn't stopped our family buying from Tax3 and my Grandson put the voucher towards a gilet which he wanted and that came really quickly and he loves it.

Took weeks for tracksuit to come then when it did they had a rip in inside trousers son doesn’t want to send back as waited so long to come, so i have to sow them after spending near on £100

I did not get any notification that my order was delayed, I needed to start the process of a refund before I got a response. My son was devastated to miss this tracksuit for his birthday gift. Very disappointing service which is a shame as we would have been a returning customer

You know whats crazy? I haven’t even opened it yet but i know it will be 10/10!

Not good never receive my parcel, waited nine weeks for track so I still haven’t received message in them for days don’t get no response back. I have been buying off of these people for years but I’m not happy at the minute

I love Tax3 I’ve ordered tracksuits and the latest the planet tax3 chenille varsity jacket for my partner for his birthday and he loved it. The quality was 10/10.

Still waiting to receive a response I emailed dm them on all socials no response to my order it's been almost a month since I ordered I ordered on the 15th martch thinking I could get it in 1-3 day I paid the for the faster shipping cuz it was a birthday present buts pass now and still haven't received anything from them about my order

Box - Shoes came in a fantastic and well designed box and also came with a spare pair of laces.

Sizing - Upon trying on the shoes they fit true to size. The patent leather on the blackouts is not cheap! I’ve worn them for a few days now and it still hasn’t creased. Compared to Jordan 11 retros I bought, which creased instantly.

Delivery - although this was a preorder item it arrived before 4weeks and it was posted with next day delivery.

Underrated brand. Will definitely be supporting more of their shoe releases.

T3 Pesos arrived in time and customer service was great! Got the shoes on presale and the company was very clear on when the shoes were going to arrive. 5 star as always from Tax3!

I always find the tracksuits are superior quality to Trapstar and will always be my fist choice of tracksuit for my 17 year old son. Absolute quality.
