Excellent transfer

I had to contact Tranzfers.com with regards to my trip to Las Vegas. They were very helpful and answer straight away. Our driver, Tais, met us at the airport after contacting us via WhatsApp. This was very helpful as we knew straight away where she was. Tais was very polite and friendly and helped us with our bags into the car. On our return journey, Tais assisted us again. She showed just the same level of customer service as our previous journey. Top class service from a lovely lady.

Perfect Airport trf service

We booked your transfer from airport to Hotel and also the return to airport at the end of holiday in Malta. Service was perfect. Driver was on time, vehicle was clean, everything was perfect. Return was an early morning flight. Driver was waiting way before our pick up time. Highly recommend this business.

The private transfer was a taxi service

The van was a taxi service, not a private transfer as booked. The car was smelly and dirty, with a car seat stowed at the back supposedly for the luggage. A simple welcome greetings from the driver would have been appreciated especially for first time visitors in the city like us. Although he helped with luggages, we were expecting a more professional service and a private, clean car, as we usually get from previous bookings.

bad experience while travelling to airport.

Myself, husband, daughter and 2 grandchildren were picked up for our return flight from Murcia airport. To begin with our driver arrived 1.5 hours early and constantly knocked on our door to say we need to leave early, obviously he knew there was a problem. Our journey was disgraceful. The vehicle was not fit to be on the road. The driver had to stay on the phone to his employer for fear of breaking down. The journey was like being on a rollercoaster!! We arrived at the airport feeling sick, grandchildren were distraught! I'm sure the driver would have noticed our granddaughter's lanyard as she has special needs.
We travel to RMU on a regular basis and will never use this company again.
I reported this to the company when we arrived home. It took 2 weeks to answer my email to say they want photos, taped conversations etc.
I rest my case.

Booked an airport pickup with them

Booked an airport pickup with them. The process seemed straight forward but when the airline cancelled the fligth and reboked to a later fligth, it was impossible to change the original booking. Not very useful as cancellations and delays happens quite often and a last minute occurrence. Tried to contact the local company as suggested and the service was unavailable. Contact the company and ask to get a refund from the airline, good luck with that.

Our experience was absolutely amazing

Our experience was absolutely amazing, first time using a private transfer and I could not fault it, we were met at the airport arriving and our hotel leaving as expected, we had the same driver on both trips and he was absolutely amazing, he made our trip very enjoyable with a lovely chat and recommendations. If I could personally guarantee I had this driver on every trip I would so if you arrive in rhodes and your driver is 'Chalatsis ioannis' you are very lucky, he is an absolute credit to your company. Thank you so much for a journey that was an hour didn't feel like it, also on our return trip there was traffic congestion due to a crash and he did everything he could to get us there in time (which he did) thank you so much to the company and especially our driver, will definitely be using you on every holiday from now on. 😍

Airport Pick Up at Krakow

I would fully recommend Taxi2Airport service.
We got a message from our driver Michal to say he was waiting outside the arrival gate. He was very polite and courteous and the vehicle a lovely Mercedes E class was immaculately clean.
As we arrived quite late and it was our first time in Krakow. Michal kindly gave a tip on directions from the hotel to the main square and what would be open etc. Excellent service.

Do not recommend

My flight was delayed. I contact the driver and he told he can’t pick me up. I paid 100 € for a service I didn’t received.
I had to pay a taxi at the airport and it was 55€ flat rate. A lot cheaper.
Do not recommend this service. Days later uses welcome pick ups in Greece and it was great. The driver waited for us because the luggage was delayed.

Our driver

Our driver, Wayne Pinnock, was the best airport transfer driver we have ever had in our many travels. He was kind and considerate. When there was traffic, he kept us updated on his arrival time, and he took a different route that avoided us waiting in the long airport traffic. He was super knowledgeable of the area, and able to answer our many questions. We were tired as we had traveled about 15 hours to get to Jamaica (especially with our 6-year old with us), but Wayne was super understanding and still managed to make the 40min-1hr drive pleasant. He was our first impression of Jamaica, so we started off our vacation well with him. Thank you!

Excellent service

Excellent service, effective communication from booking to pick up. Friendly phone call the day before to check flight number. On the day Transferz communicated and so did the driver Karla, seamless pick up, Karla was careful driver, she checked if we had music preferences for the journey, Karla was help with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for trips and restaurants, she offered to stop for scenic pictures if we wished too.

Abandoned

I recommend you DO NOT use this service. Here's my experience: I booked & paid & received an email advising the driver would arrive at the airport 30 minutes after my plane arrived. Well, he arrived 7 minutes after the plane arrived. So his 'wait time' started 20 minutes early. By the time I got my luggage my driver had left the airport because his wait time was up! I was abandoned in a foreign country! I did not speak the language & had no idea where to go or what to do! When I rang the company they didn't seem to care & told me to catch a taxi! I was so very stressed & angry + they refuse to refund!
I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY & RECOMMEND YOU DON'T EITHER.

Worst transfer experience

Worst transfer experience. Driver made us wait after arriving at Malta airport to assist a friend. Once arrived to the minibus, he had 3 cars seats stacked up in the boot. Having booked this 2 months in advance with 8 passengers and 7 luggage, there was no space. He had a sprained bandaged wrist and told me to load the suitcases and one of our suitcases had to slot in between two people in the back seat. As we took off, the driver was more focused on making calls to friends and 'companies' than driving the vehicle to our hotel with 8 passengers. When complained about this to holiday extra, the driver and company lied about what happened. They stated that we had a stroller, in which we didn't and accordingly to them, driver used a headset. Which is a lie. Avoid this company...

We did not receive a driver at Malaga…

We did not receive a driver at Malaga airport I rang the number they supplied said they would find out what went wrong didn’t hear anything else so rang again after half an hour still no joy so I rang customer support with the number they gave us on the text link still nothing rang there office again they then got a car off the taxi rank the customer support number they gave us was in America costing me over £9.which I’m not happy with we are a elderly couple that I wanted to make our journey easier coming back was perfect trouble was it was on our minds will they come Regards L Barker

Horrible experience

I booked a van to pick 7 of us up plus luggage from DEMPASAR airport. The driver was not at the meeting place and he was not answering whatsapp. It took an hour to find him.
I wish we had just left the airport in taxis, it would have been much easier, when we did find the van it wasn't big enough for us and our luggage, we had luggage under our feet, and the van stunk of diesel by the time we arrived at our hotel l was feeling nauseous.
Don't get caught like l did use another service or catch a taxi.
