Streaming apps freezing or jumping. Very slow to respond to remote control. Almost as if the memory isn’t enough or it’s losing WiFi connection. Very slow going through menus. Left in for warranty rep... See more

Absolute load of rubbish
Absolute load of rubbish. Turns itself off when ever it wants, won't retune and install updates, takes a while just to change channel and constantly disconnects from wi fi. The biggest waste of money ever
Ill never buy TCL again!
Interface is too confusing. Too many log in issues and then the app wors differently giving different options. It freezes, lags and take a long time to load aps. This tv disconnects from the HBO app after a brief pause and logs me out so I have to restart the tv, then log back in and if lucky - I get to watch in 5 mins - if not Ill have to repeat all over again. This happens at least three times daily. My tv provider here had one and it took her months to understand how to gets apps installed because of errors msgs and then one is stuck trying it another way. Wish I had not bought this. I may retire this and buy a good tv but NEVER TCL again.
A turd in disguise as a TV
I would rather squash my plumbs in a vice every day then ever own another TCL TV, what a bit of absolute rubbish technology. It resets itself when your trying to load an app, it crashes, the remote is rubbish, it drops off the wifi and ethernet all the time. You cant connect to the wifi whilst plugged into the ethernet go figure that.... Absolutely a big piece of turd in a black box never again

Don't buy a tcl tv
Don't buy a tcl tv. I have this tv 10 months & have had ALOT of issues with the tv connecting to wifi, sometimes the channels work sometimes they don't. I bought an antenna & It does the same thing. When you call tcl support they are dumb, they don't know how to fix they're own tv. Remember when they use to say "don't you buy no ugly truck"....well "don't you buy a tcl"🤣
Smart tv???? On the autistic spectrum maybe...
Worst tv ever if it's a smart tv it's parents are aware it's on the spectrum really. Turns itself off hates tv channels. Constantly goes bk to home screen when ever it decides.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk. The device failed to turn on after 3weeks. No “resets” worked to fix the problem.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the…
I am extremely dissatisfied with the after-sales service provided by TCL. Despite purchasing a TCL TV eight months ago, I began experiencing issues shortly after. A persistent black spot appears on various sides of the screen. A technician visited once and provided an explanation that was unacceptable. According to him, QLED TVs have high voltages, which attract dust towards the panel. He took a video and a picture of the screen, shared them with the company, and assured me that the TV would be replaced under warranty. However, after no response from the company, I called their toll-free number to inquire about the status of my request ID. The support team informed me that my ticket had been closed due to the issue not being covered under warranty. When I asked the support team to clarify where this clause was mentioned in the warranty card, they instructed me to email and provide evidence. I sent the email on April 28, and since then, there have been three email exchanges. I have shared videos, photos, and a bill copy via email and WhatsApp, but no further support has been provided despite multiple follow-ups. This level of after-sales support is unacceptable from a brand that claims to offer reliable products and good service. I hope this post gets some attention, and they finally take action. ⸻ Ugh, that sounds super frustrating—3 months is way too long to wait, especially after spending good money on a new TV. Disappointed with TCL

Rubbish customer service
My TV had lines appear across the top of the screen so an engineer was booked to come and repair it. 9 days later the engineer arrived to have a look at the TV and he didn't know what was causing it.
TCL informed me (after I had to email them for an outcome) that they weren't going to replace the TV as the fault was due to accidental damage 😂. I informed TCL that I had been away on holiday and the fault appeared when I turned on the TV when we got back from our holiday. There was no one at home during our holiday so how could the TV get damaged?
TCL customer service is a joke.
I thoroughly recommend to everyone NOT to purchase a TV from TCL as their customer service is shocking
TCL 58" 4K UHD TELEVISION
I bought the 58 inch model and it lasted 1 year 7 months. The reason they are cheap is because they are made cheap. You are better off paying for high quality than cheap junk like TCL televisions
Menu is very very slow and confusing
Menu is very very slow and confusing. Picture ok sound ok but the menu does your head in
No Chance.
Hello all.
I was looking at the TCL TV Ranges through different Sellers.
There is plenty of choices at different prices.
However, I came on here to look at the Reviews for this TV Brand.
In doing so, I will definitely Not be Ordering one of these.
Worst TV ever.
I bought firstly a 65 inch TCL that has been ok over around two years now, so soon after I bought a 32 inch for the kitchen and this tv has given nothing but problems. Some APPs can take 15 minutes or so to load, then it faults out and is impossible to get working unless I do a total re-boot. The worst is our Local TVNZ APP. Sometimes it will just stop and a sign comes up on screen saying something went wrong, then it also comes up saying memory is full. This has gone on for over a year and I have finally taken it back to the shop I bought it from and said even if they get it going, I do not want it back. Do me a deal on another brand. In saying all this, my 65inch TV also faulted out last night with a sign saying Something Went Wrong and I had to re-boot the TV.

Not had any issues with my tcl 65 inch tv does what i want has the apps i want and works well
I recently purchased the TCL 40S5400AK…
I recently purchased the TCL 40S5400AK from AO I was initially pleased with the purchase until I tried to install the apps for BBC iPlayer, ITVX and All 4. I found that it was not available for this TV. I must say that a Smart TV marketed for the UK would have had these most used apps available. The TV was purchase for use in our caravan and signal reception is not always possible. So, the alterative would be to watch the above-mentioned Apps on the internet via our mobile phone. I am very disappointed and I would not have purchased it if I had known these facts but it was not widely advertised.
It does seem a shame that a perfectly well-made functioning TV does not have these common Apps
It's not worth it
It's not worth it. I had 2 broken TCL TVs in 6 years.
The fist one lasted 3,5 years, when the screen started flickering and stop working.
I thought to give the brand a second chance, only for it to last 2,5 years when the screen black out and stop working.
My conclusion is that if I had made the investment 6 years ago in a Samsung, for instance, I would still have a great TV, could even sell it for a reasonable price. Instead, I lost the same money with 2 tvs that went to garbage.
The guarantee doesn't cover this kind of fault and it last 1 year max.
12 week old tv dead pixel and they won't repair
Bought a tcl 55 qled which has a dead pixel omitting white light after only 12 weeks (very annoying as it really stands out), they said it can't be repaired and under iso class1 the warranty does not cover single pixel defects ,they told us try and contact the seller for a solution , luckily we bought it from Very who have excellent customer services and they are giving us a full refund , awful experience would never buy any of there products again
