I have been contacted by support and got a technician arranged. He is supposed to come in 2.5 weeks. I will write how this situation resolved. Many thanks to support, I didn't think this situation will be fixed. I'm very surprised after being a client for 2 years of St**a of qualitative support.
Everything started around one month ago. I have decided to switch from other internet to TDC and there was an offer: connect tv + internet and get technician for free. While consulting at TDC butik in center of Aalborg, a consultant said, that current speed limit is 30mbit/s, but when technician comes, he will upgrade everything to 50 mbit/s. I was happy about this offer, so today technician came, installed everything but told me to call customer service or to go to butik in order to get this 50 mbit/s.
And what happened finally? In TDC butik in center of Aalborg I've been told that to connect 50 mbit/s I have to call technician one more time and pay 1000 for it. But I've got promised that it will be made today for free.
I have no idea what's the reason for this lies - to rise sales or something else, but I'm fully not satisfied that employees making promises ,which they cannot provide (which is lies, basically).
So that's why my rate is the worst one.

Today I received an invoice from TDC, when I opened the envelop, it turns out the amount is exceptionally higher than normal. Without spending much time I found out the causation. And it is really really surprising to see what are on the invoice.
Here is a high level breakdown of items that I am charged:
1) 3 months broadband subscription,10-12.2015
It is 717kr, normal price, no argument.
2) 1.5 hours onsite visit
TDC charged me 816,88kr in total, this is unbelievable!
First of all, last year and earlier this year, I contacted TDC to come to my place to check broadband connection problem for at least twice, I have never been charged for any fee for any visit.
Also, I have never been told that I will be charged for onsite troubleshooting. If TDC plan to charge me, they need to tell me beforehand instead of sending me the bill out of sudden. This is not an upright way to do business.
Second, 1.5 hours working hour? The 2 visits adding up together are even less than half an hour. I don't know how this time is calculated and it is completely what TDC said without getting my consent and confirmation.
3) Delay on payment for last bill and re-issuance of invoice
It is another 151,75 kr, 102,75kr penalty for late payment and 49kr for manual handling fee for creating invoice.
I will accept the 102,75kr penalty, that is my issue and I admit that.
But 49kr manual handling fee? Now it is 2015, we all know information system is used to manage invoices in almost all companies. All TDC staffs need to do is to press several buttons in the system, then click the "Send" button to submit the invoice again. But they are charging me 49kr for clicking that few buttons,OMG! ~0~
By chance, I was discussing with wife earlier today if we should change to other service provider. Since she was approached by "Full Rate" sales representative today and she was offered a very attractive package. I told her that we may just continue using TDC, since I have been using TDC for quite some years. My company is also using TDC as mobile & broadband service provider. Their service level might not be at the top quartile, but at least it is stable service.
But this bill I received makes me speechless, I can't find another word to express my current feeling than "robbing"! I am really disappointed about TDC.

This is my first time writing a review on trustpilot to warn English-speaking expats in Denmark against using TDC for Broadband. Moving into a new area where Andels.net, comX nor Waoo was available, I foolishly contacted TDC and was suckered into with how quickly and efficiently they said they could offer me internet.
I was first told in store that I could get 50/10mb with a deal for 199kr/mth for the first 4mths (then 299kr/mth), and that I would just receive the box for self-install within 3-5days. Great, I thought and signed up.
A day later my confirmation email says I've been approved for 20/2MB and that a technician is coming over to install so I have to be home. Upon calling the TDC product line, they advise my address can't get 50/10 but they can get me eventually to the 40/10mb plan if I first do a self installation, and then they will send a technician 'a week later' to install a line to 'upgrade me' to 40/10. Fine I said, and he proceeds to cancel my first order and put in this new order.
I get a new email saying that the technician will be coming to do the installation, and sure enough he arrives today. He says that he can only get us max. 25/5MB and that we need to get 'pair bundling' to upgrade to 40+ MB download speeds. Back I go again to TDC customer service who said this would cost an additional 1000kr for a new technician to come out 'maybe next week' to install this pair bundling. This was the first time I had heard anything about 1000kr for the entire time speaking on the phone and in person, and seems orchestrated to suck me into getting their service before telling me about additional charges. Plus I do not understand why the technician wasn't told to install pair bundling in the first place, since clearly this was what the previous TDC reps I spoke to were talking about when mentioning a technician being required rather than allowing a self-install. So not only do I get told about a 1000kr fee, but it's costing another day for me to be home to get a technician in. The customer service rep was also extremely unhelpful and said that 'we have a lot of customers so I can't keep talking to you, make a complaint on our website instead'.
Finally, to top things off, I inquired why the contract showed the rate to be 259kr/month with no mention of the rebate for the first 4months? I was told the offers were only for 15/1, 25/2, 40/10 or 50/10; so *technically* since I was on the 20/2 plan (the only speed they could provide), I was no longer eligible for this deal. What a joke and absolute disgrace. It is the very definition of a bait-and-switch.
Finally, it's worth noting TDC only offer a service where you leave a number and they call you back if you are interested purchasing from them - ie., only the Sales guys are easy to contact to suck you in, once signing up forget about timely and good customer service.

Several months ago I moved out and I had to terminate my contract. And this was and still is a real nightmare. The craziest and surreal thing is not the absolutely insane amount of time you need to spend waiting at the phone listening to absolutely distasteful music and recorded useless messages that keep repeating you that you are somewhere between the 10th and the 20th customer in queue (and you must because the only way to terminate a contract is through calling their customer service).
And is not even the fact that they cut your connection more than 10 days before the expected end of contract date, even if you have underlined while at the phone with their staff the importance that internet connection has for your business and they confirmed and ensured that “no worries, you will be covered. I will specify it in your request”.
The unreasonable, rude, and disgusting thing is that after all this they even have the courage to send a bill for several thousands of DKK asking you to pay for their useless little black tv box that you have sent two months ago.
Oh and BTW “do you think there has been a mistake? Please call our customer support!”

We got broadband installed via telephone and after we were told we could have a subscription for 199kr/month the bill came with another price 240kr/month and when we called customer service we were told there is no subscription for 199.
Upon installing the wifi router, it didn't work (turned out we had the wrong plug in the house we had just moved into), so we called customer service who first said "oops, our mistake, your bill didn't go through" and then, when we called again saying it still doesnt work the person who tried to assist us didnt ask if we were sure abut the plug or anything, yet said "ok, then we will send a technician tomorrow" - which technician costs a lot of money (1000 kr for 10 minutes of being in the house and finding a plug!), and no one, no one mentioned anything about it. I find it terribly misleading to treat customers in this way.

I have been a customer of TDC for 15 years spending well over 20,000.00 dk but in recent times their methodology for customer service lets them down. They do not respond, would not credit a small amount and refused a personal response. I changed to 3 and have cut my bills by two thirds, can use data in most European countries for free
