nice to have

I have chronic arthritis and when I need to record programmes and go three days ahead, for example, you have to keep pressing the remote on the tv. This really hurts my fingers, is there no other way to do it?

Hi Customer

It's not possible to go three days ahead. There's another option. If you know the name of the program you want to record, then you can search for it in the TV Guide. Go to: Menu->TDC TV->Søg and search for the name of the program you want to record.

TDC finder på nye og overraskende måder at give dårlig service

How do you like this message from my Internet/TV provider ‪#‎TDC‬ (pasted in below)? They have taken away my three best channels, which are no longer part of the "Advantage Program" (samlede fordel), and now they're apologizing. Not for taking them away. But TDC isn't apologizing for for only warning me it was going to happen in an insert in my invoice (which I never saw). TDC is not apologizing because when I called to ask where the channels went, the guy said he'd look into it and call me back but never did. No, they're apologizing for being late in removing the CMore channels. But the good news is, I can still order the channels for an extra 200 kroner a month. Thanks #TDC for making the extra effort to offer ‪#‎badservice‬ and suck in a new and surprising way.

Vi har sammen med februar regningen udsendt regningsvedlæg, at vi ville fjerne de tre C More kanaler C More Series, C More Hits og C More First, fra TV kunder med samlefordele den første april.
På grund af en teknisk fejl, er det ikke sket før i dag mandag den 12. maj 2014.
Det betyder, at hvis du er HomeTrio kunde med samlefordel fra i dag ikke længere har adgang til C More Series, C More Hits og C More First medmindre du ønsker at tilkøbe C More Total pakken.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with our costumerservice. We have sent a early warning about the three Cmore channels.

The matter of the fact is that you do not pay anything for these 3 channels. Just by having your Internet,TV and mobilephone you get what its called "samlefordele". This is a feature you get just by having a mobile subscribtion at TDC.

We cannot avoid changes to our products and this is one of them. You still have an extended service which gives you a faster troubleshooting, 1 hour of talking extra, 3000 sms and 500 of extra MB for your mobile phone subscribtion.

This warning has been sent out starting february 2014. The actual date where the 3 Cmore channels were supposed to be removed was 1 april 2014. The 200 kr. a month is the price for the full Cmore package and there is actually 9 channels.

I can understand your situation and I do apologize for my collegue not returning your call.

I have never experienced such a manner from any company, where they put you as a stupid person

Everything was happened A TDC privatkundeservice started to call me on tuesday. First i was busy and disregarded them than next week they call me again, and i had to pick up.. A nice lady on phone trying to sell us a broadband connection(which we had another company on the way to give us a connection after they will send us a technical service on 13rd OfMAy, but we were still waiting cuz they told us that temporarily they will send us Broadband sticks.). I have told our current situation and i told her that we r already in a waiting period. However she was so eager and promised me that she will provide us the internet as soon as possible latest on 6 May.. I specifically asked here whether TDC needs to send a tekniker to her house and she went back to one of her collegue and said to me .. "NO".. I replied that we might get it if they are sure about that they will provide us an internet connection faster than the other company without any tekniker visit..She said "YES". So after calling my roomies we agreed on that we should go for it... So this lady called me back again after 15 mins, and we said thanks for their service and we would like to get a connection..I was so satisfied until that moment. However this morning when i received an email telling me that we need a Tekniker visit
on 19th of May , before that it is not possible to get a connection.. I was extremely shocked..I tried to call the customer service and explained all the situation and the lady on phone was not helpful and saying and repeating that we need to wait. However she promised us to get a leader or a manager call back us during the day.. After waiting of hours No one from TDC called us.. I called them back than another girl just hung up to my face..after i was explaining the situation again and again. So it was time for me again to call them, of course i called them. Then another guy..which i explained the situation again from the scratch. And telling that i am expecting someone from the leadership or managing board to tell my frustration, but i was not welcomed well together with some funny solutions like cancelling my order and with some arrogant way of handling the situation.. (smt like either you like it and STAY or YO GO!!) he was telling me that there is not such thing that i can get someone from leadership easily..
I dunno how to react or look into my rights.. Is it fair to handle people like this with this attitude or to get future customers in that manner. I have got all the responders name and i am sure that all my telephone calls were recorded which could be easily retrieved. Do i really need to accept all the things they have done and wait or Please someone help me if there is any legal rights that the customers can take in a sitution where they sell a product or service after full fake declarations and lies.

Extremely bad service

TDC are charging a "gebyr for brevpost" when I get my bills by e-mail!! What is this?! Also charging for extra services which I never ordered... The "se og optag" for TV appeard on my bill and when i notified them, they only paid DKK83 back, not the 297kr I paid for the service before noticing this in my bill...

Service when calling is extremely bad and it seeems they have som policy with not answering the questions in full...

I am giving up and cancelling my TDC package today after months of not getting an answer by mail, or some actual help over THE phone.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TDC TO ANYONR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM

Bad (no) customer service

After having transferred my mobile no to TDC one week ago I have been without connection. They cannot / will not open the number. They admit it is due to errors on their part and hopefully it will work "tomorrow". This has been the message for one week.

They refuse to return the kr. 7.000 I paid and they apparently do nothing in order to resolve the matter.

Very good liars, completely awful service

Having been a loyal TDC customer for the past three years, I have been so disgusted by their recent lack of service that I have cancelled. When moving apartment they promised me to have the internet connected in my new place by the 11th March as fast and stable internet is very important to me for my work. The date passed with no connection. When calling to see what the problem was, their call centre staff were mostly useless. I was constantly transferred from one person to the next, often they didn't speak a word of english to me and just hung up. Nobody had made any notes on their system so I had to keep explaining the situation to each new person. When I finally got through to somebody willing to help, they promised to send out a technician to fix my problems. He went to the wrong address - my old address. When he called me on the phone I told him that he had gone to the wrong place, for him to tell me that he can't come to my new address, even though it was only 10 kilometers away. Four people during my extensive phone calls promised to call me back. Not a single person did. Avoid TDC at all costs.
