Fast, affordable and reliable service!

The time was a bit long since the parcel was in Uk but it was within the range of what they said initially so nothing to complain, maybe has to do with Brexit checks as well

My friend used this service last summer and it went great, hence she recommended me. I had to send 2 big boxes back home from UK to France and I was worried with Brexit to see how this would go. A super nice DHL courrier picked up my boxes Tuesday morning in UK and on Thursday morning - the same week! - another lovely courrier helped my mum to store them in her car. Job done brilliantly. I was so relieved. Huge thank you guys! I recommend 10000x. Super professionals. I had lots of questions to ask as well before to send my parcels and the customer service was so fast to reply my emails. Au top!

The operators were very nice and helped me with all the changes I had to make because o this situation. I had my packed until 3 days it was send, which is awesome.

I’ve been using Teahouse Transport for years and couldn’t be happier! The prices are absolutely fantastic and recently the deliveries were even faster than before! They use big companies like FedEx but for a fraction of price with the same benefits. I would highly recommend them!

I ordered my parcel to be picked up last week, it was rescheduled twice and still hasn't ben order full filed. Ordering a parcel was easy and they taken my money with no problem or additional informations after brexit and any more documents needed. I received them later on ,day before parcel has to be picked up, then we had issue with documents and way its been filled I haven't received any email at the being that something is wrong so I had to follow up getting to know why I am still waiting. Instead of getting all information in one email its been spread through few emails just to take more time , hasn't been answered all my questions at once either. Anyway every time I am using this platform I have issues. Waste of my time and money. Dont recommend.

The order process was easy, the guy picked up the staff within confirmed time interval next day. Parcel arrived 6 days after ordering. Everything was great deffinetely reccomend. Thank you

I have sent parcel from Czech republic to UK. Price was ok. 19.6 kg for 26 pound stirling. Collection was ok . Bit short notice ( only 1 minute befor collector arival) Parcel arrived after 8 days instead of 3-5 as mentioned on webside. I belive this was due to a Covid restrictions and busy Christmas period.
However parcel came in dammaged ( box itself looked ok) but stuff inside was broken. I know our parcel had 19.6 kg this is why can not understand how it can be broken ( i can not imagine how average person would throw it during shipping)
That´s why i am giving only 2 stars.
