They deliver the ink quickly, I had a slight problem with a faulty cartridge but it was sorted and a replacement sent.

Had been looking at the OWC optical bay adapters, so when Inkubus had them on offer I bought one (plus an external optical drive as my internal was faulty). At the offer price it was a very good deal, delivered quickly, and first class communication - if only all companies told you when an order reached each stage (processed/accepted, shipped, etc).

I ordered a data doubler and checked with customer services in advance. They were friendly and helpful, product arrived on time and installed and working

I would recommend to anybody, in fact I did this week to one of my friends. Their service and prices are very good.

Very good when I wanted to return some unused inks , when I had to change my printer

The offer arrived in an email and is seems like a good deal so I ordered 2. They arrived well packed in a day or so and are exactly as described. The cameras are good value and the whole process was without any hitches so one can;t ask for more.

I went to Amazon online to purchase toners (4 in total) for my Canon i- Sensys LBP7110cw printer. The 4 toners they showed were not all from the same company, and it looked like being an absoluter pain, getting deliveries at different times. I noticed one of the suppliers were Inkubus, so I checked them out, saw they were only in Ilkley and then campared prices for a full set. This was a cheaper deal - so went with them.
Delivery was free and the toners were delivered within a couple of days, I couldn't believe it, much quicker than some Amazon suppliers.
Highly recommended.

I have just purchased a new Canon Pixma MG 7150 multi function inkjet printer I tested the print quality using Canon high gloss 2 photo paper which gives a breath taking image quality.
I searched every outlet including those I have previously used for genuine Canon XL high capacity cartridges and INKBUS was the best price !! As they were new to me I gave them a call as I thought there must be a delivery charge or something I had missed?
Great customer services checked that my order matched the printer and the price was correct I placed the order received the inks and have printed at least 50 amazing quality images!
Great company fantastic service will use them for all future Ink Supplies.

Just received my order of Ink Cartridges plus some A4 Photo Paper.
Considering the contents are vunerable to water I would have thought that some form of plastic covering or bag would have been appropriate especially considering the time of year and the recent weather. The outer box was damp as too the paper box inside containing the Photo Paper. As I only received it yesterday I am letting the inner packaging dry before opening. Hopefully the paper is ok to use. I will return it if not. Also packing added to the inside of the box for extra protection of contents only on one side of contents. So contents vunerable to damage from the other side. A bit more thought would make my order much safer in transit.

I have purchased form Inkubus for a number of years now and 'enjoyed' the experience. That is up until they recently up-date their website which I now find annoying and irritating to negotiate almost to the point where I have considered going elsewhere for my last order.
This arrived OK and no problem in the end but I am looking elsewhere to see if another site will offer me a more user friendly website to use. 'WHICH' has provided some new names for me to look at and I will be checking these out any time soon.
I have already mailed my displeasure and, apart from receiving a standard holding mail, I haven't heard back from anyone as yet - maybe some 2 months now - do Inkubus really want business or are they so well placed, with business, that they will be happy if some old troublesome customers goes elsewhere??
