Invoice issued, bill paid, order lost and delivery arrived only after two reminders, in 12 days instead of promised five. Pretty shaky after several successful orders fulfilled in previous years.

I ordered an OEM inkjet at a very reasonable price. This was delivered quickly. It came with an offer on several items. I needed a faster memory card for my camera so I ordered one. There was a promo code to enter to be entered for a competition and I forgot to do that. I e-mailed explaining my error and within 24 hours I had a polite e-mail explaining where I should have entered the code but not to worry as they had entered me manually for the competition. The card arrived the next day and I have used it a lot over the weekend. It is fast. This level of service is excellent and I congratulate the company and the staff member who dealt with me. I will use them again and recommend to friends.

It's been a while since I have placed an order. But it's not for any particular reason that I haven't ordered recently, however I have looked at the prices from other main suppliers and incubus was the most reasonable and cheapest saving me £5.
