Really pleasantly surprised!
After not being able to track my package, i checked the reviews on here and started to panic, but they came today (Think I placed the order a week ago now, maybe a little longer). They have come as seen on the website, and seem to work today - they sort of dull the computer screen and I haven't had a headache today! I must have been one of the lucky ones - really happy with the product for the value

Feels like SCAM.
Received glasses 5 days ago very disappointing opened it and the frames are rusty on bending connections also one side of the glass is scratched.
Way too small frames. Nothing like advertised. I have contacted them multiple times about return and refund.
No response.

MASSIVE SCAM wont reply to my requests for a refund!!! they dont tell you the returns information unless you ask for it but if you ask they dont reply! I know they are getting mt emails because they replied when I asked where the order was. The glasses also DO NOT BLOCK BLUE LIGHT and look completely different to what was advertised. Smaller frame than shown on the models and a different shape!!!!

Came on time and are built well however the blue light lenses don’t work as they haven’t really made a difference

I’d rate it 0 stars if I could. I ordered two pairs of glasses and received one. After explaining to them that the other pair of glasses didn’t arrive OVER 5 TIMES, nothing was done, not even getting back on updates. NOTHING. They robbed me of $23, which isn’t right. If you want to order items through a service that STEALS your money, Teddith is right for you.

Absolutely impossible to return these glasses which are MASSIVE! Looks utterly rediculous on both me and my partner. Terrible quality. Avoid at all costs.

0 STARS. Glasses arrived broken, I’ve sent 24 emails and received no response on where to return them or how, the number on their website isn’t real and I’m out of pocket by over £40. A complete scam of a company, do not use them!

It's not possible to give zero stars so they get one. I ordered an item that arrived 2 weeks later without a key component to make it function. All attempts to make contact to 'request a return' have been futile.

SCAM - NOT BLUE LIGHT PROTECTING AND DON'T ANSWER EMAILS

I urge you all to read these reviews, I wish I had, before purchasing three pairs for myself and my children. When I used them I did not notice any difference, but tried to convince myself that they work.
I bought a pair of glasses from another company and this included a blue light test. The quality was so much better. I did the blue light test on my new glasses it passed, but when I did it on the Teddith glasses it failed. This company should not be selling these glasses they provide no protection whatsoever.

I was so worried after seeing the reviews but they arrived in 7 days and are great quality and definitely work! I think most the reviews are US but the UK site seems to be fab!!!

If there's one thing I've learned from this bad experience is to read reviews on Trustpilot before dealing with lesser known companies. If I had done so on this occasion there's no way I would have had anything to do with these scammers. Teddith's website looks quite professional until you note there's no contact details other than a phone number and a non-existent customer support helpline. Fortunately I didn't spend much on the glasses holder/necklace I purchased however when it finally arrived it bore no resemblance to the image on the website. It was cheap & tacky and I could have made a much better one with a piece of string and an old curtain pole ring! Like many other reviewers of this company I e.mailed the customer services and am still awaiting for a reply. I should have realised early on that the £4.95 minimum postage costs was because the goods were being shipped from China. Teddith also have a .com priced in US$). The goods are shipped into the UK by a freight forwarding company called CE China Express Ltd. at W8 Westpoint, Middlemore Lane West, Aldridge, Walsall, WS9 8BG. Strangely enough they get 1.4 stars out of 5 in Google Reviews - no surprises there! Therefore do yourselves a favour and steer clear of Teddith - they sell cheap rubbish and you are unlikely to receive what you think you've ordered. BE WARNED !!!!!!!!!!

Cheap and mist up easily. Avoid

When I ordered, i didn’t check reviews first! a week or so after i ordered i came here to look at reviews and i got so worried about my glasses coming and falling apart! the delivery took 2 weeks from ordering, they came today. Unlike other reviews my glasses are fine, they’re not flimsy and seem legit!

massive scam they will take your money and give you cheap flimsy glasses (probably made in a sweatshop), i would recommend going to somewhere like bluelightmentallity instead.

I have placed an order and have chased it 3 times now. No response and as others have put, the number does not work. What can I do now?. Payment was made by PayPal?

Trash. The glasses do not filter blue light. However, I am happy with how mine look so I won't bother trying to get the money back. However, considering these glasses do nothing other than sit on your face, they are madly over priced. Don't buy these.

I have just had the same experience, ghosted me when I wanted to return the items. Contact your bank or PayPal and they can attain the money back for you. I used PayPal and rather than the transaction payment saying Teddith it says Lyn Erie, clearly the persons name behind all this. I am reporting the website to Citizens Advice where they can report fraudsters and get thr website closed down and hopefully the scammers caught.
