I did panic once I saw the reviews on here AFTER I had ordered. However, the glasses I purchased did arrive eventually. They did take a long time, something like 6 weeks and my emails had very generic responses. I think if there was more transparency on how long it takes for items to arrive there would be less issues. But I give it a 3 as the item did eventually arrive.

Not responding to return requests after 2x email to customer service.

Complete S?IT. No communication, no info on delivery. Clearly a complete scam of a business. DO NOT ORDER

Purchased from their Australian website, had to go via paypal dispute to raise a return as no response from the company. Was issued a return address to CHINA! despite glasses being sent from an Australian address. The cost of the return postage is more than the glasses. Do not waste your money. Terrible cheap product that doesnt work. Stay away!

Delivery takes over a week, cheap and poor quality glasses and no one comes back to you regarding the return! I would like to return please!

Absolute scam. They even make a fake shipping report with a signature on delivery to offer as proof to paypal so nothing gets escalated or refunded.

Shipping took a long time. I want to refund or exchange some products and have been ignored by the company for 3 weeks. Don't buy from teddith. Glasses don't look the same as on the site. Cheap and flimsy. Some of my glasses arrived with the lenses out loose in the box. Very disappointed.

Do not order from this company. They take your money, send you shoddy products and make the returns process virtually impossible. No returns address on website and contact number cuts off after one ring. One word - SCAM!

Absolute rip off, ordered weeks ago and still no glasses. Tried to contact them, I received one email with a very vague excuse and a further 2 Emails ignored, I will now take up a card fraud dispute with my back. I really hope these scammers are put out of business, an absolute disgrace!!!!

I bought some blue light glasses and they broke within a week of wearing them, and I look after all that I own so it was not accidental damage. These glasses are cheaply made. I emailed customer services who stated they would resolve this complaint. I then didn't hear from them after that. I have sent around six complaint emails since and their customer service team have ignored them all. Avoid this company. Very bad customer service.

Arrived damaged, then broke after a week. Zero useful response from customer service....its a JOKE!!

The glasses arrive but its not blue light glass. its a plastic...luckily i got it on sale and with discount code. Still upsetting tho.

I ordered a pair of glasses roughly a month or so ago, I waited about a week and they hadn't arrived yet. I sent the company an email and received a response (10 days later!) asking for my order number along with a crappy excuse for an apology from them. I told them I no longer require the glasses and would like a full refund. I was ignored and about a week later received another copy and paste apology email saying I could get a £10 discount off my next order. Once again, I made it clear I wanted my money back. They do not response and I followed that up with another email saying I will start a card dispute with the bank in 24 hours if I do not get a reply from them. As you can imagine, I was left without a response, I even called the contact number on the website... guess what? It goes straight to voicemail. I eventually got my money back after contacting Lloyds. I strongly advise anyone reading this to avoid the company, based off of both my review and others, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Thieving scumbags take your money and don't send the products!! Claim your money back through your credit card company or PayPal and report to Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Company. They never reply to emails. Won’t let you return the faulty poor quality items and are generally really rubbish.
Avoid this company! I went through PayPal to claim my money back but I teddith say I have to pay to return the products, even though they are terrible,They are based in China so I’d be more out of pocket returning them.

They tried to blame covid 19 for my blue light glasses not arriving and then don’t reply to emails.

I ordered 2 x pairs of glasses, they sent out two completely different sets than the ones I ordered. I contacted them to tell them and to ask for return details so I could send them back. I have been emailing for three weeks now with no response. So, I've lost my money and still can't get a response from the company.

This is funny how irresponsible you are.  We order, you get the money and after reception of your product.....you do not follow up or answer our question (sent 3 times within 3 months) !!!!!!  Poor company.  Please forward to your President; he will certainly not support your after sales level of services.

Why did I not see this site before ordering from Teddith.
When asked about the order update, they emailed me so soon. I have been mailing them regularly for about 2 weeks now.
Early bird failed to deliver twice to my address and now says to contact the company I ordered from.
Teddith won't reply to my emails and seems like they need to be sued for this.

I also think Earlybird has some role to play in this whole fiasco. How can you say "delivery failed due to an unknown reason"?
How hard is it for you to get an address right in Sweden?

UK Purchase. DO NOT BUY!! Arrived weeks after purchase. No option to refund. Cheap, flimsy, scratchy frames that are far too small for a normal adult sized head. ‘Metal’ hardware is chipped. 3D cinema glasses are better quality! This company is a total scam, don’t make the same mistake as me!
