SCAM ALERT!!!!

I purchased a phone holder, and what I received was completely useless and nowhere near what was advertised. The product is of extremely poor quality and does not function as a proper phone holder at all.

The listing is misleading and does not accurately represent what is actually being sold. This is not just disappointing—it feels deceptive and a waste of money. Later, I found out they were stealing credit cards and personal information.

Buyers should be very careful before ordering from this site. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend purchasing from a more reputable seller to avoid being let down.

I will not be buying from this website again.

I would give zero stars but it’s not an option. DO NOT order from this company. You won’t see your glasses or your money ever again

Totally non existant customer service. Impossible to return item

Like most people on here i fell for the cheap prices and didn't relise they ship it from china, ordered 2 pairs of glasses 12 days ago and there still in china and after five e-mails to customer services not one reply, been quicker for me to go over there and collect my order.
Companies like this should be burnt to the ground

Placed order waited weeks emailed to be told the items coming in a week or so from China. Not cheep items and shocked at the reply. Should have checked this first. Very disappointed and no item either.

This appears to be yet another company rooted in China who advertise remarkable goods at attarctive prices but fail to deliver. I ordered a pair of blue tint glasses for screen work but they have failed to arrive and my emails remain unanswered. I suppose I should know better but I am always the optimist. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Avoid at all costs. Appalling company. They took my money quickly enough, but when I had an issue with the order, they did not respond to email, messages on Instagram or via Contact page on their website. They also didn’t reply to the live chat. I’ve been trying for over a month. Complete waste of money

The glasses are just what I needed and didn’t take too long. Could have done with a case but that’s a minor gripe.

Wow… Probably like most people, I ordered from Teddith and after a bad experience, checked Trustpilot to discover I should have checked this first!!

Ok, so ordered a set of prescription lenses to go inside my new VR Headset.
Whilst going through the order process, noted delivery to be fairly quickly, hence why I went with them.

No… delivery took a month and there was zero tracking or links to anything other than some app called Shop, which had no info about the order to hand!

Emailed the company 3 separate times, asking for tracking info… zero response!
So a month after ordering, the item did actually arrive!! Almost forgot about my issue with Teddith, until I excitingly installed the lenses into my VR unit!!

Utter rubbish!!! £34.99 completely wasted, as they have sent something that is totally opposite to the prescription I had ordered!! Emailed them to tell them I want to return it, on 2 occasions and have now had to go to my bank to organise a Chargeback on them!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS… PURE HEADACHE IN THE MAKING, just glad it’s only £35!

This company are conning people, do not order. They send you very cheap shades of any, then do not respond about returning them. I only spent £20 but got my bank involved to get the money back which worked. You just need to complete a visa debt claim form with your bank and they chase for your refund. This company should be closed down!

Glasses arrived with a massive delay - when I enquired about the delivery times I got a prompt response over emails. When I received the glasses I was horrified by their quality - a Chinese product from Aliexpress with a worse quality than you can find on the Aliexpress website for much cheaper. I emailed several times asking to return the item from different email address and they’re full on ignoring me. I’m going to raise the payment dispute through my bank.

Glasses eventually arrived, but were not what I ordered. Not polarised. There is no way to return things (no address), the phone is never answered. Cheap and flimsy glasses. Avoid this company.

I did receive some cheap glasses but couldn't return them as they refuse to reply - complete scam company.

Rubbish service, rubbish glasses very cheap looking and you can't return they just ignore you. The mobile number on the site has been cut off!!! So not buy from here

They sent me the wrong glasses. I wrote an email and they haven’t replied and it’s been a couple of days. Spent £20 on these.

Promised before Christmas, arrived Mid January.
When I chased them they sent a cut and paste standard letter saying they had ordered it from Hong Kong (10 days before Christmas) it would arrive next week It included a tracking link which was worse than useless (said my parcel was due in April!)
Eventually arrived with no delivery advice.
Wish I'd read this page before ordering.

Only wish I had of read these reviews before I purchased but the website looks so professional I didn’t think I had cause for concern but don’t be fooled!!!!
Definitely a scam company!
I ordered on the 14th of December 2022 and still haven’t received my Glasses, no replies to the few emails that I have sent! Also as other reviews are stating the tracking shows as in transit but other than that there’s no tracking number and no way of getting any updates!
I’m contacting my bank today and reported this fraudulent company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking company and most definitely a scam of some kind. DO NOT buy from this company.
I am yet to receive my order after 2 months and they are longer replying to my complaints and have not acknowledged my request for a refund. The tracking website they sent was dodgy and eventually stopped working all together and would not load. Literally stole my money, daylight robbery at its finest!
